Description of Work: Repaired blower that was inoperative..had to order part. Serviced air conditioning.didn't try to get me to buy unneeded parts or services.

Description of Work: Air Conditioner Inspection

Description of Work: Replace 3 parts and checked both the unit and condenser. Two parts were optional, but well worn and over 13 years old. We elected to have them replaced. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and I would highly recommend Pete.

Description of Work: AC stopped working in midst of heat wave. Called for service. Lee's technician came out and diagnosed the problem as loose wiring causing overheating and disconnect to the unit. Although our equipment is old they didn't try to push us to replace it or take advantage of the situation in extremely hot weather. Provided details about the problem and how it was repaired. Have a great annual service plan that gives service plan members priority and they keep that commitment. Instead of having to wait a several days we had the air conditioning back on by the next day.

Description of Work: New air conditioner and furnace. Came the same day as our first call to check the unit and give estimate. Went well, had new unit installed in a few days. Very professional staff. All other companies sell/install only one or two different brands, but Lee's would install whichever you chose which was great since we used Consumer Reports to select a unit and knew what we wanted.

Description of Work: I contacted Lees Air conditioning and Heating to replace an outdated (1992) original system installed when the home was built. Jeff from Lee's contacted me to set up and appointment. When Jeff inspected the existing system, several choices and recommendations were made. At no time did I feel that this was a high pressure sales pitch. I did some research on my own and had two other contractors come in and give bids. Within a week I knew I was making the right choice by going with Lee's.

Description of Work: I had a gas line installed. The company was very professional and helpful in making my decision. I was very impressed from the day I got an estimate to the finish of the job. When Jeff came to give me an estimate he not only went under the house he got onto the roof to check my other gas lines. He took the time to explain the whole job to me in detail and what he wanted to do. He took the time to pull up the specs for my stove so to insure proper btu's. My plumber David Martinez was the guy I got the card from at a job they were to at my job. He was timely and wore booties int he house. He took time to lay out drop cloths throughout anywhere he would walk. He also was very quiet and I barely knew he was here. What a great guy. He didn't mess up my new flooring and caulked up the flange. No chips to my time floor and actually only took his lunch hour. Not a minute over. Super impressed, I couldn't have asked for a more professional job. I will definitely be calling them back to do any other work at my house as I plan to get many other jobs done I will ask for David personally. Oh and after he was done he not only swept my kitchen he swept the dirt off the driveway, sidewalk and outside carpet. What an amazing job the best experience ever had ever.

Description of Work: Lee's has been servicing our heating and air conditioning units for years. They perform a great service on the units, keeping them running efficiently. We subscript to their annual program for our units. They are very responsive to calls.

Description of Work: Water Heater Taken Apart and did trouble shooting, Parts then ordered and second visit installed Air Conditioning System (BROUGHT BACK FROM DEATH, or so it seemed). Some Duct work installed. The tech also gave me a whole house walk through with some good ideas on how to save on energy and ac costs, that were not even things they would do but I could do myself. I am pretty sure that little chat saved me about 200 bucks in the next month and a half of summer heat.
