We couldn't be more pleased. Every management member and employee was on-time, courteous and professional. We were always informed as to what was going on, estimated time of completion and anticipated next step. Process started by a team testing the inefficiencies of the house. Even during this process they insured that vents were properly sealed and fixed those itm that they could. The next step involved removing the existing A/C unit and replacing with new unit. The team of Kevin and Tony installed the unit, replaced the ducting, installed the new thermostat and insured that everything worked properly and correctly (approximately 2.5 days). They, like all the employees, always kept us informed and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of their work. After this step, another individual came and retested the house to measure level of inefficiencies, which went from a +30% loss to approximately 3.5% loss. Pretty amazing totals. Insulation was next, and while I didn't meet the team that did the insulation, my wife said that they were on time, courteous and professional just like everyone else involved. In closing, we absolutely recommend this company. Regardless of the service needed, you will be extremely happy if you go with Lee's Air Conditioning.

Fine. I have not done system maintenance in the 9 years owning this home after purchasing new. Lee's AC recommended I needed routine service and offered a routine service plan at a discounted price. Lee's stated they'd call to schedule the service. Has not happened. I will call them.

My air conditioner stopped cooling this morning on one of the hottest days of the year so far..called Lee's air based on reviews here on angies list and was not disappointed....came same day within a few hours and service tech Pete was able to diagnose and repair bad capacitor on condenser. He had air up and running in less than an hour. He was very professional and courteous..no hard sales push up sell like some companies, just honest good service...I would gladly use Lee's Air again.

Lee's air has been an absolute pleasure to work with from day 1. Jeff and his team did exemplary work from start to finish. They show up when they say they will and they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. The comfort level in our home has gone through the roof and our PG&E bills can only go down. The whole house fan works like a charm. We can lower the temperature in the house by at least 8-10 degrees in the morning, pulling in all the cool air and replacing the hot air in the attic. With the additional insulation and the attic sealed up the house stays cool for a good portion of the day. We probably won't even have to turn on our ultra-efficient AC system until well after mid-day. I can't recommend these guys enough. Jeff took the time to answer all of our many questions and he did it with a smile. They are also confident they will be able to get us a very nice rebate from PG&E, bringing the cost down to a very favorable level. Go with these guys, you will not be disappointed.

Freddy was our technician and started our appointment with a phone call letting us know exactly what time he'd arrive. He was totally punctual and immediately explained how he would service our unit. We were extremely impressed with Freddy's customer service skills and his knowledge of our older unit. We needed one small fix that he took care of after the initial inspection and afterwards he explained the warranty. We found Lee's Heating and Cooling on Angie's List and called because of the "A" rating. We totally agree with the high rating as well. In fact, we could of used our home warranty insurance policy for the repair, but decided against another provider because of Freddy's competence.

After discussing the company's last visit to our home and the translation issues we encountered prior to hiring them again, LEE's HVAC showed me they want my business. The contractors were professional and they took every measure to ensure the job was done right. It's not easy finding a small service business and sometimes you have to experience not so qualified company's or unprofessional in the way they perform their jobs. We had a problem with in hiring Lee's a few weeks ago, but after talking to someone DIRECTLY affected by a lost customer or a possible new one, it seems the misunderstanding was based on incorrect information passed along. In any case, we were able to get our unit serviced and inspected for the summer, but what WE GOT was much more. The contractors were respectful and professional and the job they did was thorough. This is the basis of doing business and of hiring a service company to do business with and anything less should be discussed with the people that speak for the company. I am glad my business was important to Lee's, because in Fresno, if you don't live in the parameters or area's that have money growing in tree's, it can be difficult to find Responsible Small Service Businesses to hire. if you are looking for a quality and professionalism when you hire an AC/Heating repair or service, You will be very satisfied in Hiring Lee's.

It seems something very big got lost in translation here. Lee's does do residential work, unfortunately that was not the message i received when trying to get my A/C serviced for the upcoming summer. Upon talking with someone who is directly affected with the loss of a customer, we were back on track. When it comes to "Customers" it sometimes is necessary to have a conversation with an owner or manager so the correct information is being passed along and the correct answer is being given.

Great experience. Initial call to LeesAir was answered by Amanda. She was very helpful in scheduling the service and explaining their pricing. Service call was completed by David who was very professional, clean and very knowledgeable. Amanda even completed a follow-up call to ensure I was happy with service.

Courteous, set up appointment on Friday afternoon for Tuesday (after Monday holiday.) Arrived on time, was professional, courteous, restored cooling in the midst of a heat wave.

To say I'm impressed is an understatement! Last nigh we couldn't get our AC to work at all and I emailed the company an SOS through Angie's List at 1 am. I got a call at 7:40 this morning offering to send a tech by 10 am. Promised he'd call when in route and 20 minutes later he called. Super knowledgable, highly professional technician spent significant time diagnosing my problem and got the system functioning to some degree for the cost of the service call. Didn't try to up-sell and was very honest about our repair options. I had already hinted that I thought we might need a new system, but he didn't try to push that and told me of the system parts that looked good for the age of our units. Answered all my questions thoroughly and then went over things on speakerphone with my husband. We are awaiting a quote for a new system so we can decide the best course of action. I will compare pricing on new systems, but I am confident that the pricing quoted for the repair is competitive and if we repair I will not even consider going with anyone else.

The price was $80; that was due to AARP discount. They are very good. They are very prompt and courteous.

Ryan was very professional. Called to let me know he had finished with his other appt. early and could squeeze us in earlier in the day. He arrived on time. Cleaned the unit and ran diagnostic check. Reported that the unit was in good shape and we may need to replace some components that were slowing down but didn't think we would have to do that this summer. Provided us with estimates on the replacement parts...I really appreciated this so we can budget for these repairs now instead of scrambling to find the money to pay when the unit is not working. The service took about an hour and the AC is working fine now. No repairs needed, unit just needed to be cleaned. Only charged for the service class so that was great!

Courteous, fast, and effective service.

Lee's replaced my HVAC with a new system. I rec'd quotes from 4 different contractors and Lee's was the second lowest quote. Based on Lee's reputation and cost, I choose them. The workers were very professional, appeared to do an excellent job, all the work proposed was performed, no hidden costs, and my new HVAC purrs like a kitten. The only issue was that they arrived approximately 2 hours later than originally scheduled. They indicated they had a tire issue on their service truck and they did call twice to say they were going to be late and update me on their arrival time. I would highly recommend Lee's to family and friends.

Justin arrived in our emergency situation and helped us with an aging thermostat. He was extremely polite and courteous and we were pleased with his service.

Called three different air conditioning repair services and decided on Lee's Air Conditioning because they offered a 15% off discount on the part for senior citizens. I called and they were able to come out the same day and they actually arrived ahead of schedule which was great because the temperature that day was 109 degrees! The technician was able to determine the problem immediately. The capacitor had blown and he was able to get the part we needed within an hour. We were very pleased with Lee's service and would definitely use them again. Very professional, friendly and fair.

Excellent service. Have had bad experiences with other companies but found Lee's front office staff to be helpful and the HVAC tech, Pete, to be courteous, kind, and professional. I plan to call this company again.

In April of 2011, we had (2) AC units replaced. I had 3 companies come out to give us a quote. I had a personal reference on Lee's, but I had used another provider the year before on our rental and was very pleased with his service. Lee's recommended that we replace both of our 3.5 ton 25 year old units with (1) 3.5 ton unit and (1) 2.5 ton unit and replace all of our duct work. We went with Lee's because we felt that their recommendation better served our needs than replacing both 3.5 ton units with the same and only repairing duct work as needed. (Our ducts were shredded from the Fresno heat in many places!) Lee's started work on replacing all of our ducts and also rerouted some ducts and added ducts as needed. The actually day the AC units were removed and installed went very smoothly. I think I was the only one nervous as the crane lifted the units over our roof and into place. The year, after we replaced our AC units, our electric bills have decreased an average of $150.00 per month! We have since installed solar panels so our electric usage is significantly less. We have been very satisfied with Lee's AC. We purchase their annual maintenance contract every year. We also had Lee's AC check our rental house when we decided to put it on the market. Lees's found a number of deficiencies in the installation of the unit in the attic (installed by another company). The chimney was not connected to the roof vent, and the roof vent was not installed correctly in the roof. Lee's repaired all problems for a reasonable cost.
