The estimator came out took all the measurements and said it would be a great project that they would love to do it. He would get back with me in a day or two with cost and scheduling. For two weeks I called and only that estimator could help me, and he was out in the field I was told. finally after the two weeks of calling and leaving messages the estimator finally calls me back and said "Oh, I was on vacation and I thought your job was completed" I then asked him how much the job came to and when they could start? he asked if he could total it up and call me back, I agreed. The next day he leaves a message saying it was too much work for their company to do and it was too complex for them. Thanks a lot.

Went well. Had to return a hot water heater to Home Depot because I purchased a heater for natural gas. I live in the country so I needed a propane hot water heater. I was able to return it to Home Depot and Lee’s brought out the proper one and installed it. $2600

Had to completely repipe with PEX due to rotted pipes made in China. Ebert and his team did a great job and were very professional. Even the sub they brought in for the sheetrock work was great. Recommend!

decided not to use this company. They could not do any necessary repairs to the interior/exterior wall that water caused a problem. Would not recommend a company that could do the necessary repairs to the wall. This company could only do the repairs to fix the water leaks. Went with a company that could also repair the wall that was damaged.

Found mother board problem. Would require replacement. I decided the repair was not worth the cost. Replaced the tankless system with standard tank type myself.

Everything went great. They were always on time. They went above and beyond what I anticipated to make sure I was happy with everything. I’ll only use them from now on.

Ebert went right to work. He could have charged much more but found a simple fix that kept the cost down. I'm very happy.

The AC quit working the night before and I called them at 7:30 the next morning. They were at my house at 9:30. The technician quickly found the problem and corrected it. He was very professional. He gave me the bad part. By 10:00 my AC was working.

Not what they advertise! I often Google companies and read their reviews in order to see how the customers are treated and how the company handles their customers. This company had wonderful reviews, and some did say they were a little pricey, but worth it. So I called them when our air-conditioner wasn't working. The lady on the phone was pleasant. The technician who arrived was okay, not the best. He was very concerned about getting 5-stars so he could possibly win a cruise. I wasn't impressed, I as a customer, would rather you tell me about my air-conditioning unit than your need for a vacation. We paid for the part that was replaced and bought the NOT so wonderful membership. This technician didn't email an invoice or receipt, as he said he would. So no transaction history of buying this membership. So a few weeks into the future, the air conditioner is not blowing cold air again. We call, the lady again was pleasant. Someone new comes out, he is much better. He states we will be on his priority list and he will be our technician in the future. The company states they will sent the same tech each time, this way they get to know you and the unit. A few days later, we get a call. The lady asked how our service was, my sig other stated the service was better and inquired about the membership. The free tune up was scheduled. The company called a few days before the tune up and tried to reschedule because another customer "needed their ac fixed badly". I inquired about the "priority scheduling", and wasn't given an answer, but was forced to reschedule. The day of the service comes and, well, they call again a few hours before to attempt to reschedule. Again, same story about being backed up and someone else needed to be handled first. This time we didn't reschedule. This visit was the last straw, the technician was a completely different guy (so much for their claims on the same tech), he never called to let us know he was there, and he left with out talking to the home owner. My 80 year old mother in law (who only speaks Spanish) was there, and the tech didn't communicate with her at all and just left. So needless to say, we aren't happy and will be demanding a full refund of their "Membership" price. Thanks for nothing Lee's Air. PS you can have your yard sign back & Mary in the reception office is very rude!!

Air conditioner was working. Had maintenance done. We will wait on the heater part til October when it gets cold. Fair price.

Overall, the project went very well. They did push our initial installation date back by 3 weeks but once here, they put in the hours to get it done in a timely manner. I especially appreciated the professionalism of Keith, Pedro C and Kody M. They put in 2 new units with new duct work to fix the balance issues that we were having in our 3200 sq ft home. Now, the temperature in our home is consistent in the various rooms which has been a problem over the past 20 years. Keith said that the project was underbid by error but they stuck to the quote that was given to us. We had several men from the company working on the project. By far, Pedro C and Kody M stood out and were top notch paying attention to detail and cleaning up after themselves on a daily basis. It was very hot and they stayed late to make sure that we had air conditioning over the weekend. The bottom line is that they did not cut corners and were neat and professional and most importantly delivered on their promise to give us a system that works well. I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends/family.

They were upset because I simply refilled air. I hope to repair system next year or even in the fall this year.

Jesse came out 4 times in order to get the job done and he did an amazing job. He was punctual, helpful, gave great customer service, and really knew what he was doing. The first time Jesse tried to find our water leak and gave us a couple of estimates. The second time Jesse had a full schedule, but still came out before all of his other appointments. He dug where the leak was thought to be and marked off and showed me that the leak was close because you could see the water bubbling up. He explained he wouldn't dig anymore because he didn't want to cause the water to spray up into the yard and make the leak worse. We scheduled to have our leak fixed as soon as possible, right after Christmas and before New Year's. This is a busy time where some businesses sometimes have skeleton crews working or not all attention and work is put into the job, but this was not the case with Lee's Air. Jesse and his crew dug up the old pipe and replaced it with a very thick grade of PVC pipe and put our front yard back together in less than 2 days. They finished fixing and replacing the broken pipe and got our water back up and running at the end of the first day. Jesse even went through the house to check all of our sinks, toilets, and showers to make sure they were running properly. The second day they were there for about 4 hours making sure everything was working right in the front and putting the yard back together as nearly as they could. I was impressed with their work and they surpassed my expectations as far as putting the yard back together and cleaning up. They put our bushes that were dug up back in the correct spots and cleaned up and threw away part of another larger one I told them we were going to have taken out and re-landscaped anyways. The cement walkway was left fully intact and the dirt was put back and cleaned up very well. Don't hesitate to hire Lee's Air even if it is during a busy holiday season because they do quality work and have great employees like Jesse. Thank you Jesse!

Ernesto provided my air conditioning service and was extremely professional and helpful. He arrived on time, having called first that he was on his way, introduced himself, provided his card and put on his booties before entering the house. He inspected our vents, entered the attic to check the insulation (was knowledgeable enough to identify which company had recently replaced our ducting) and was careful enough to lay drop cloths down on the floor and over our clothing to prevent insulation from falling. He then serviced both air conditioners, came back and advised of what he had found, describing the condition of the units as well as how they tested. Before leaving he provided several tips on using our air conditioning to maximize performance. I would highly recommend Ernesto and Lee's Air to any of my friends.
