L ELENE'S TREE SERVICE

There are few things that really impress me. The job this tree service completed was one of them. When you pay for a service you expect it to be done as agreed upon. This job however, from start to finish, left me in awe as I watched this group of workers (a family of workers, father, sons and daughters, and grandson) remove the large tree in my back yard. They showed up on time and quickly removed this tree with surgical precision. They cleaned up all the tree branches, timmings, chips and sawdust and left the property cleaner than when they arrived. And they were some of the nicest people I have ever met. It was a joy to have them complete this job. It was a joy just to have met them. I would not only recommend them strongly, I would use them again. Thank you Lumbardo, et al.

I called them. They came right out and gave me a bid that was fair. It's a family business, did the job quickly and cleaned up very well. It was very pleasant experience, and if I need any more tree work done, this is the company I'll call!

I gave Roberto a call on Saturday, and he was at our house the same day giving us a bid. We were scheduled for tree removal the following Thursday. They came around 8 am and was done 1 hour 15 minutes later. The palms were kind of tricky because they were very close to our citrus trees, our backyard fence, and our water sprinklers. They were kind enough to take apart the water sprinklers during the tree removal to avoid breaking anything and to put them back together again when they were done. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

A very heavy wind storm knocked down our 20 foot ornamental pear tree. I looked on Angie's list and called a couple of tree service companies. Elene's Tree Service said they would be in the area and would come by within an hour to look at the damage and give the cost to do the job. The owner and crew of I believe five arrived on time; I spoke to the owner and authorized them to do the job. They wasted no time and began immediately. The fallen tree was cut up into firewood pieces and stacked in a pile. The leaves and branches were grinded up and everything was cleaned up afterwards. The owner agreed to have his crew cut back another overgrown cherry tree which had branches hanging over the pool fence at no extra charge. The owner stayed on site the entire time. Very professional and courteous. I will definately consider this company to come back in the winter to do an overall trimming of all trees in our huge yard!

I called Elene's Tree service on Tuesday 5/22 for an estimate to prune four large trees. Mr Elene came the same day and submitted a bid. His bid was midrange of three bids I received for the work. I selected his firm to do the work based on price and recommendation/reputation. He said the could do the work on Thursday. His crew arrived promptly on Thursday 5/24 at 9:00 as he stated that they would. Crew worked efficiently and was careful with the existing vegetation and other landscaping. Mr. Elene was present for the entire job and supervised the work. The crew was finished with the job and cleaning up by 12:00. They left the yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. The trees look great! I am very satisfied with their work and I will certainly use them again since these doggone trees keep growing!

Very very pleased with L ELENE'S TREE SERVICE, they did an extremely professional, skilled, and fast job on what looked to me like a daunting project...remove three big trees, one small palm, and trim two medium size trees, all in about three hours or less, for a VERY reasonable price...and they cleaned up afterward so thoroughlyl. I will DEFINITELY call on L ELENE'S from now on anytime I have treework to be done...they are the VERY BEST, and I'm grateful to Angie's List for informing me of them. J. J. Snyder

The job went great, overall. They were efficient, came to the door and knew their business to cut the trees and put the materials away. They did a good job.

The crew arrived on time and quickly completed the job in very professional manner. I did find their state contractors license and bond under "Lamberto Elenes" contrary to previous reports. They did a great job and I would use and recommend their services in the future. They were all very nice but I was particularly impressed with the young man (Jonathan, I think) who climbed the palm trees - he was amazing, very polite - a really nice guy

The crew showed up about an hour after they said they would, but once they arrived they did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves.

PG&E threatened to prune our oak tree for us and so I called L elene's. Vanessa called me right back and Jonathan was there that afternoon for an estimate. They came back on time and cut back the tree. Great job - Reasonable price.

I was recommended to them and I called them through the recommendation. I would use them again in the future.

He arrived early for the estimate...very professional...knows his trees. made appointment for the following thursday to remove tree roots were ground out everything cleaned up. wonderful job

They get high ratings and we will continue to use them in the future if needed. We were very satisfied.

My call was returned quickly, did have to wait almost two weeks for the trees to be removed because they are busy. We are happy with the results. They even raked the neighbors front yard because he complained about the blossoms from the tree.

Very good except for pitch stains on the corner of the house and sidewalk from dragging brush to the shredder truck. They probably were not aware of the stains as they didn't show much until the next day after wash dowm.

It went very well from start to finish.

This big job couldn't have gone easier! From start to finish this family worked very hard! They are conscientious and pay attention to detail. We contacted Lamberto on a Friday; he came out on Saturday (as scheduled) and gave an estimate for this large and messy project. On the date scheduled, the family was here on time and went right to work. We were so pleased we did not feel it would be right to use the 10% discount. Lamberto and his family did an amazing job. We will and have recommended them to others.

Received an estimate on Thursday. Tree was removed on Friday. I wasn't home when the tree was removed. The tree was hauled away and the stump was ground out. Exactly what we agreed upon. Per my request left the roots which I will deal with myself. Great job. Everything cleaned up. No evidence of them being there at all. Wonderful. Very small area to work in with bushes and plants around the area also with drip irrigation. Nothing disturbed.

Crew of 3 persons showed up on time with wood chipper and large bin. Lead cut back a large tree which overhung the yard. Lead then used extension saw to trim several high tree branches (some dead) which were eventually going to fall in my and my neighbor's yard. Lead asked me how I wanted trimmed. The entire back yard was full of branches. The rest of the crew hauled out the fallen branches and fed them into the chipper. They worked quickly and took a minimum of my time. The lead and crew were very courteous and I gave them a tip.

Overall it was excellent. Super quality work all around. Careful, considerate, followed instruction.

There is no story to tell. We never heard back from them after repeatedly leaving messages on the answering machine. No services were performed. Note: We had used their services last year and were very pleased with their work and their prices.

I saw their name on Angie's list. I called them and two other companies for estimates. They came to my home and gave me an estimate. I called a reference to discuss the work that that Elenes had done. The customer was very positive so I hired Elenes Tree Service. They did an excellent job. I am very impressed by their caring attitude, honesty and skill. They are a family business that has set high standards for their work and customer satisfaction. I will hire them again.

Quick, efficient, prompt, and professional.

Found name with 'A' ratings on Angies list. Called for estimate, they were here in one hour, gave price and had job completed withing the week. Very polite, on time, excelent work. cleaned up and even did more work than we originally agreed on at the last minute.
