Carol, the receptionist kept me informed of the time Steve the plumber was coming. I had a time estimate of between 11am-2pm. This was great, because I called at 10;20am and they squeezed me in between jobs He got there at 1;15pm. Carol had called beforehand to tell me he was on the way. Our shower had stopped up all of a sudden and he took out pounds of hair in about 30 minutes and then the drain was fine. Highly recommend for honest and reliable service. This is the second time I've used them and will use them again.

They fixed my moms shower because it was leaking. they were one time, and they did a good job. I would give them an A rating and will use them again/

They did a wonderful job. When I called she told me exactly how much it was going to cost. They told me approximately when they would be there. I told her that I wouldn't be there and that my daughter would be there and I would leave a cheque. She told me that they would just send me the bill and I didn't have to do worry about doing that. They did that. They were extremely professional. The man who came was very helpful. He explained exactly what had happened and what he did to fix it. Their price was good. Their price was reasonable. They didn't charge me anything extra for coming out quickly. Their quality of work was fine. I didn't have any problem. I would use them in the future.

I have used them throughout the year and I will continue to use them.

The company was good about calling to inform me of a slight delay in the plumber's arrival. He started right on the project. A complication arose due to a missing part which the company I ordered the softener from did not include. We discussed options and agreed that he would install everything to a point where I could take over once I received the missing part. I was only charged for the work completed at a very fair rate. Very good service, honest and fair dealings. Willing to work with the client if complications arise. Good price.

I am very pleased with my experiences with Kim's Plumbing. They had to come out to my house in the evening. I was very pleased with their services. They were very punctual and professional. They were a very good company to work with. I will continue to use them.

We received a call confirming the time of the appointment, the plumber (Steve) showed up on time, was polite and professional, had all of the parts needed on his truck, and all repairs were completed quickly and economically. Will definitely call this company again should we need further work.

Making appointment: The receptionist making my appointment was pleasant and professional. She provided me with an appointment timeframe (2 hour window) that fit within my schedule and she gave me a reasonable quote for service. On the day of my appointment, I received a call to inform me that a representative would be on their way--I was pleasantly gratified when they arrived at the beginning of the two hour window and not somewhere towards the end. Work performed: Remove garbage disposal; disconnect and remove osmosis water treatment system; remove existing faucet; install new faucet; reconnect osmosis water treatment system; re-install garbage disposal; and test system. Challenges: new faucet assembly required adjustment (what happened to manufacturer Qand A) to prevent leaks. Quality of Service: Vince (representative performing work) went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the new faucet I had purchased--this was his first choice among other options (i.e. He could have said, but didn't -- and quot;sorry, your new faucet is faulty. I will return to continue work after you have replaced the faucet and made another appointmentand quot;) Overall Satisfaction: The faucet works great, the price was great (i probably would have paid more), the service was great and most of all my wife was very happy -- side note: my wife was away visiting family and I wanted to have this repaired before she returned. Thanks Vince!!! Your positive demeanor and excellent work ethic were a joy to witness even if it was for only two hours. Thanks Kim's plumbing for having high standards for work product, staffing, and timeliness.

They are courteous, polite, and do the work.

We had a very positive experience with them. They came out very fast, and do quality work.

Called for an estimate to install two faucets (pre-bought); was quoted a price of $338.00, $169.00 ea. plus parts; don't know why other more complex jobs cost less????? Get an estimate before committing, not very consistent in pricing.

Arrived at pre-scheduled time, inspected old valve. Tried to get it working properly, but agreed that it was shot and should be replaced. Attempted to shut off water at city main, but that valve was pretty well stuck, too. Arranged to come back in a few days, after the city had done its part (Kim's took care of contacting the city water dept.), and gave me a reasonable estimate of total time and cost. Again arrived just as scheduled and proceeded to replace the valve. This involved digging down a couple feet, sawing through existing piping, cutting new threads on stump, and installing nice new ball valve via a new and easily accessible union fitting, in case anything ever needed work again. Job finished faster than original estimated time, and right on estimated cost. It was only about 102 that day!

Appointment dispatcher, made a point of telling us that she would call, when plumber was on his way to our home. We set up time window of 10:00 am - 12:00 noon for the service call. Took time from work to wait for plumber. At 12:00 noon, there had been no phone call and no plumber! I phoned dispatcher (Carol) and she said that plumber was "running late," and that he would be coming in about 30 minutes. At 12:30 pm, still no plumber and no dispatch call. I called once again, and learned that it was unknown when the plumber would arrive. At 1:00 pm, I phoned again and was told the plumber was on his way. At 1:43 pm, the plumber arrived at our home. He worked efficiently, and did a good job, with one exception, the cartridge installed in our leaking bathtub faucet was put in the wrong way, so the side marked, "Hot," is now cold water and vice versa. Could present a danger to guests, as this is the guest bathroom and we may forget to tell them. They could be scalded by the hot water.

They do good quality work, however, I do feel that they are quite expensive in their price. I feel that anyone in this field is quite expensive. These guys I know I can trust that their work is done right the first time around. I would recommend their services.

Some of the reasons why I like this company is because they are pleasant and they are easy to get an appointment with. They have always done a good job for me and they are always very professional. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Lori was very professional on the phone and arranged a convenient appointment time. She even called a couple of days before to see if I would like the appointment moved to that afternoon. The mechanic arrived at the scheduled time and was extremely efficient. He completed all the work in only 20 minutes. I would definitely use Kim's Plumbing again. The rate was a bit high at $85 per hour, however I have paid more to a different company, so I was happy to have the work done so efficiently without having to wait for a long time.

I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH KIM'S PLUMBING FOR YEARS AND I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DO. MY DRAINS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN AFTER THEY LEAVE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT THEY ALL WORK IN A VERY CLOSE ENVIRONMENT OF PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIKE FAMILY AND TREAT YOU LIKE THEY HAVE KNOWN YOU FOR YEARS.

I HAD TO HAVE ALL OF THE DRAINS IN THE HOUSE SNAKED OUT BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS STARTING TO BACK UP IN THE HOUSE. FIRST IT WAS THE TOILET AND THE DISHWASHER AND THEN IT WAS EVERYTHING.

THEY CAME AND SNAKED THE TUB AND DID A VERY SPECTACULAR JOB AT THAT. I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH KIM'S PLUMBING SINCE I CAN REMEMBER. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS.'

KIM'S PLUMBING IS VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY ARE ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE. THIS COMPANY IS THE OTHER ONLY COMPANY THAT I USE FOR MY PLUMBING ISSUES. I FIND THAT THEIR PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORK QUICKLY. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS GREAT TOO. I THINK THAT THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN.
