+ -1 moreTHE SALES STAFF WAS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE INSTALL CREW WERE LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE NOT PUNCTUAL AT ALL. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE THEM ONE DAY TO INSTALL THE CARPET. IT TOOK THEM UP TO SIX DAYS.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED 1400 SQ FT OF CARPET THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOUSE.

+ -1 moreI HAVE BEEN USING KERR FOR OVER FORTY YEARS AND THEY ALWAYS IMPRESS ME WITH THEIR QUALITY. THEY DO ALL OF THE HEAVY LIFTING AND REPLACE ALL OF THE FURNITURE WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED.
