Description of Work: Joseph was extremely professional. He was very thorough with his inspection and is one of the most licensed and qualified home inspectors in all of Fresno. We used him on a walkthrough with our builder (Raven) and both were very open and honest with each other to point out any issues. The final inspection report was timely. Joseph was punctual and in fact had come to the house earlier on his own time to do some pre-inspection. Overall I was very satisfied and highly recommend him.

 + 0 moreA full home inspection from top to bottom and front to back, including the electrical, roof, A/C and heating, and the overall structure. Joseph was very timely and prompt with our communications and arrived on-time. He explained the items that needed attention and answered my questions. I received an email and report the next day as promised with pictures and recommendations for the items that need attention. Since I live in Southern California, I asked my realtor for a recommendation and I am very pleased that JS Home Inspectors is the company she recommended. I highly recommend this company and I would not hesitate to call then again if needed.

 + -1 moreI was in need of a home inspection to allow me to refinance and only had a few days to get it done. I called Joe and he was able to fit me in the following day. Joe completely inspected my home front to back and top to bottom including foundation, structure, electrical, roof, A/C heating, and general house health. All this was summarized in a 37 page report with photographs. Great job Joe. Thanks.

 + -1 moreI called about a soil engineer. And he recommended one of the companies that he has worked with in the past for years. Didn't charge me a finders fee or anything, nor did he ask the gentleman for a fee for him recommending his company. The recommended company was just as professional as JS CIVIL ENGINEERING.....on time. got the soil, took the soil to the lab, and sent pds format report and followed up with a report by mail. They also gave me a discount....that really made me feel great.
Description of Work: Consultation for soil engineering on my property. Has even followed up on the person he recommended to do the work. This company is very professional and recommends top of the line quality companies. I most definitely will hire this company again when I have anything else to do to the house as far as structural work.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. The provider is a really nice and calm gentleman, very respectful and very professional. He was on time and when he was through he called me and sent his VERY detailed report to me by email and is going to send it also through the mail. He went through each room and took very clear and detailed pictures and explained each item that needed attention and his recommendation. I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone in need of a very thorough Inspection on their home or building....you won't go wrong.
Description of Work: Did a full Inspection of my house from top to bottom. Went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. He also took great pictures of each room. Gave recommendations of what i could do to improve the property.
