I received back a fairly new dress shirt that had been pressed so long the color was leeched out of it in streaks. I took it back to the facility manager and her first response was that it was an old shirt. She had the dry cleaning record for the shirt and was able to confirm the shirt was less than a year old. Then she said it was a type of shirt that should not be laundered by a professional laundry service!!! The shirt is a normal cotton/polyester blend dress sold by a very common manufacturer. I asked why she'd laundered the shirt for so long if it shouldn't be taken to a professional service and she couldn't answer the question. When I provided her with the cost of the shirt, she said they would only refund a portion of the shirt's value according to an internal chart used by the company. When I reminded her that the shirt was practically new, she said the refund would be whatever the chart said, and that it wouldn't be 'near the retail value'. I just asked for the shirt back and told her to forget it. Unfortunately, I was doing roughly $160 a month in business with this company ($1920 a year) - that was a very expensive shirt for them to have damaged and not stood behind.

Jones Cleaning has done our dry cleaning/laundering for two years. We average $135 of dry cleaning/laundering a month. On 10/16, I picked up dry cleaning/laundering that I?d dropped off on 10/12. A solid purple, long-sleeve dress shirt was damaged from apparent abusive pressing. The shirt is Damon Ultra Poplin (55% cotton, 45% polyester), size 19/37-38 tall, a very common material composition. The sleeves, collar, and shoulder section are fine, but the cuffs, front, and back sections have been pressed so long or at such high heat that the color is almost completely leeched out. The damage does not extend completely to the seams, which is why the damage appears to be from pressing. The damage is so extensive that the undamaged sections of the shirt stand out and are obvious with a simple glance. The shirt looks almost like it is made from two different colors of material. I purchased the shirt sometime in spring 2015. By the facility?s admission, the shirt was laundered only a ?handful of times? (per research in the system). The shirt has never been laundered by anyone but Jones Cleaning. About 75% of my husband?s shirts are made by Damon, are of this composition, and have never had this problem. Some of them are several years old; one of them is 9 years old, purchased for a wedding in October 2006, and my husband still wears it today with almost no fading. I left the shirt with the facility manager, Courtney, on 11/6. She tried to tell me the shirt was an ?older shirt?, and I assured her it wasn?t, verifiable by the number of times Jones had laundered it. She kept the shirt to research that fact with the promise to call me on 11/9. When she called, she stated that it was an ?easy care? shirt that was best cared for by washing it at home and that having it professionally laundered would damage it. After a very lengthy explanation of her position on the shirt, she said she did not feel that Jones was responsible for the damage but that she would "give me something" for the shirt. She said she would have to consult the company?s "refund guide" to see how much, and asked if I wanted a check or credit. She was not prepared to give me the dollar amount on that call, and didn't offer to let me know the amount prior to sending a check. I explained that the shirt was in perfectly good condition when Jones received it, that no where did the company state a policy on any type of shirt (not at http://jonescleaning.com/services/shirt-laundry/ nor anywhere on the store front), that they had never rejected a shirt of that composition before because of damage risk, and that none of the other two dozen shirts they?d laundered over the past two years suffered such damage. I also said those were the exact types of shirts all businessmen have professionally laundered, and that rejecting the shirt made no sense based on the nature of their business. (In fact, a 100% cotton shirt is at more risk of laundry damage since the fibers do not hold the dye well). I told her I felt the shirt had been mishandled and that I was due the replacement value of the shirt, which I presented her with when I dropped it off for review. The replacement value of the shirt is $54.99 + tax. Courtney stated that she was not willing to give me full replacement value because she did not feel Jones was responsible for the damage since it wasn?t the kind of shirt to be brought to a professional laundry service. She also stated that if there were any problems with my orders in the future that Jones would not stand liable for it. I told her that given her less-than-satisfactory offer, that I would not accept less than full replacement value of the shirt and that I wanted the shirt back. I picked it up on Monday, November 9th. The shirt is destroyed and is no longer wearable because of the color leeched from about 80% of the shirt.

I checked in because I was a new client-which went very quickly and smoothly-and then I drove off happy as a clam! I received a call the next day saying that there were a few stains in a couple of pieces, so the dry cleaning would be ready one day later than I was told. This was all right with me. I'm glad they found the stains and worked them over. When I picked my dry cleaning up, I went again to the drive in p/up door and was delivered my items-even got a box to recycle my hangers. It was awesome!

Jones does an excellent job of cleaning. I have some vintage designer clothes that I would only entrust dry cleaning to this high quality store. The clothes came back clean and smelled clean too (no chemical smell).

THEY ARRIVED IN TIME, HUNG DRAPES. THE DRAPES WERE QUITE DIRTY AND UPON RETURN AND CLEANED THEY LOOKED LIKE NEW. VERY PLEASED WIH SERVICE.

It went smoothly. When the draperies were returned , they were installed perfectly - looked brand new, nicely pleated .

They were professional and did a very good job. There were some stubborn stains on the carpet that he was able to work on and remove. My carpets look great! I also needed 2 window blinds repaired and they took them down and took them to the person who repaired them. They then brought them back and reinstalled them. The only downside was that my appointment was for between 10:00 Am and 12 noon and he did not arrive until 1:00 PM. He did call to tell me he would be late.

Jones Cleaning Centers, Inc do a good job in terms of cleaning well and they do not damage the garment. It is easier access because you just drive up and pay for it and collect the clothes from your car. I haven't gone back to them because there was an incident that happened and I am looking if I can find somebody else in town. If that incident hadn't happened I would say they are great. They get the cleaning done when they say they will get it done. The incident that happened was that I took my coat in and it was a pretty expensive coat and when I got it back, there was a piece missing from the belt, so I asked them to look for it and they said they couldn't find it and I swear it was on there the night before and I didn't wear it after that, the belt was still there. I went on a trip and they said they would call me back but they didn't. Since this is a small piece of item, but after that Incident, I have never gone back to that. They didn't call me back and they didn't find it and they didn't offer to compensate for it and so I just decided to look for another cleaner.

I hadn't been to Jones Cleaners since they moved to Riverpark. The entry to the cleaners is a portico wherein an employee comes out to the car to take your order. I never even had to get out of the car. I was told the day the items would be ready, or I could call, put the order on a credit card, and pick it up from a locker anytime after hours or on Sunday. I was very impressed... and they did a great job cleaning the santa suit. I highly recommend them.

It was all right. It didn't turn out perfectly, but I couldn't expect any more given the circumstances.

Overall I would rate my experience with Jones Cleaning as an A. Punctuality is very important to me and I'm happy to say Dustin arrived at my home right on time. Also it was necessary for me to call a couple of times and those calls were promptly returned.

Anthony always has done a great job. He comes on time, work is efficient and price is reasonable. I trust Anthony to be in my home even if I needed to run errands, etc.

They made our carpet look almost brand new and our carpet is probably 12 years old. I highly recommend them. I definitely will hire them again. The person that came out and cleaned the carpet was very nice and professional.

Their service was excellent. They are prompt in appointments. They brought the products back looking fine and installed it to my satisfaction.

They are the only dry cleaner that gives my pants back without wrinkles. They are very expensive but you get what you pay for.

They do dry cleaning and laundry. They do a good job, and they're prompt. They're close by, and it's a drive-thru.

He was on time. He did a great job and the carpets look great.

Excellent job on carpet, and promptly came back a few days later to check on spots on adjoining tile apparently caused by steam. Proceeded to clean the entire tile area at no charge in order to remove the spots.

Prompt, careful and courteous work at a reasonable price. I especially appreciated the fact that they came out first to look at the furniture and be sure that it was suitable for steam cleaning before committing to the job. The results were excellent.

THE CARPET CLEANING CENTER DID A SWELL JOB CLEANING THE CARPETS. THEY REPLACED THE FURNITURE LIKE THEY FOUND IT AND HELPED ME WITH THE HEAVY LIFTING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR WORK TO ANYONE.

THIS COMPANY HAS VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT WORKERS. THEY COME OUT AS SOON AS THEY CAN AND THEY GET RIGHT TO THE JOB. IF THERE ARE STAINS THEY DO THE STAIN REMOVAL WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE. THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS.

THE PRICE WAS NOT BAD AT ALL FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY MOVED QUICKLY AND RESPECTED MY HOUSE WHILE THEY WERE THERE. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME MAKING SURE THAT ALL OF THE TROUBLE SPOTS WERE CLEAN BEFORE THEY LEFT.

THEY HAD A VERY GOOD CREW THAT COULD LAUGH AND HAVE A GOOD TIME, BUT ALWAYS STAYED FOCUSED. THEIR WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE.
