The pool repair was successful, with a nice surface and good tile work. The problem was the cement work subcontracted by A-Plus Concrete and cool decking by Cramsey Concrete, Inc. They did tell us upfront that they would not guarantee the work because we live on a hill, HOWEVER it has been only four years and the concrete at the end of the pool appears to be falling off! The slabs poured were done in large pieces which cracked almost immediately. Now the corner slab is lifting, separating and pulling away from the pool with a large crack on the two foot outside. We spent $4,979.20 on the concrete work and $3,127.50 for the cool deck servicing which was so sharp it is difficult to walk on it without shoes. We were told by Brad Wilson not to come back to them because we are on a hill. Moral of the story......don't build a pool on a hill or don't use these cement contractors?13,
