 + -1 moreElectrical problem on our AC unit as a relay was bad. He replaced the cord, fixed the relay and put in back in code (the unit is 32 years old). It now works remarkably well. Additionally he serviced our hot water heater and assured us it was in good shape. As we live in an older home, and we don't know anything about HVAC, we believe another company would have recommended a new water heater. He serviced it and cleaned it out. Extremely honest company.
Description of Work: Preventive Maintance on our hotwater heater, and our wall mount A/C. Extremely professional and responsive. Couldn't ask for better customer service or satisfaction. We have NEVER had such an experiencied company in our 25 plus years of home ownership.
