Provided evaluation on fixing old unit. Provided bid for new system. Provided work quickly to replace system. The entire office was easy to work with. We are very happy with the services and would use again in the future.

The owner's wife handled my appointment and was very nice and polite as was the owner who came out for the service. I was having an issue with my system that I brought to his attention; he indicated what he thought it was. It was too late to get a cost so he agreed to check and call me back the next day. He never called and I was not totally confident in his diagnosis so I called my prior service man. While I had to pay for a service call it was worth it as I found it was only an issue with my filters; a part I am sure would have been much more. Very nice people; just not knowledgable perhaps with my particular system.

I highly recommend Sam Huckabees and I have used them for years. They installed our new air conditioner, about a year ago. They service twice a year and I trust them. I deal with Sam and I feel I don't have any problems. They are reliable, as they say they will be there at 8 am and they are there at that time. It's a big yard and I have a ranch gate, which they close before they leave, even without me asking them. My husband will be at work and my children at school, so I would be alone at home and you need to be comfortable with the person who comes home. I have never felt uncomfortable with them around; I just really like them. I do have a comparison with the people who were servicing our business earlier and they were double. Also, according to my husband for the amount I paid to the previous company, they did less work in comparison to Huckabees Heating and Cooling, so they were reasonably priced. I never had to call them out apart from their regular service as I never had any problems and they are always punctual. I will use them again in future.
