Initially contacted by John Adams, the Sales Specialist and he came out and met with me. I had gotten several different estimates and he actually was able to come close to an estimate from a competitor that I was leaning towards. I felt I could trust this man. I wanted a 3 ton Rheam unit since Consumer Reports rates them as very reliable. I was also given 5 years of maintenance which was included in the $6900 where they come out twice a year to service it. John also suggested that I contact the Home Depot in Fresno and apply for a credit card since they were having a special where you get two years interest free when you apply the HVAC to the card. I applied and got a substantial credit limit that covered this cost. I am very happy with the entire experience.

The man who came out showed us the samples and did all of the measuring was fine. I was told that a licensed contractor would be doing all of the work and the person who came out to do the work was his assistant. The contractor only came out to my home one time for about thirty minutes. The work that he did was fine but it was a good thing that we were home, because he needed help getting the cabinets up. I was very surprised that the contractor did not even come out to check the work that his assistant was doing. I wish that he had though, because there are several things that he should have known and he did not do. I ordered the cabinets in the end of January and they were not ready until the end of February. I would give them man who did the work about a B+ and the contractor himself an F. The man who did the work was professional and punctual.

What a waste of money. The salesman was 45 minutes late for his appointment, took the measurements, and then has never called me back (it's been 14 days since the measuring). I subsequently went to another cabinet outlet and have purchased cabinets from Cabinet Connection on E. Shields Ave, in Fresno.

I HAD ALL WOOD FLOORS IN MY HOUSE AND I REALLY NEEDED A CHANGE. WHEN THEY CAME OUT THEY LAID CARPET THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB. I REALLY LIKED THE WAY THEY WORKED DILIGENTLY.

THEY HAD TO COME IN AND REPLACE MY CARPET TWICE FOR THE FACT THAT THE SHIPPING OF THE CARPET WAS POOR AND DAMAGED IT. OTHER THEN THAT THE INSTALLATION SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.
