Description of Work: Needed lock on my patio door repaired. The locksmith was prompt in arriving at my home. Did the work in a short time. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: My husband and I purchased all the locks that were to be replaced.In addition to replacing the locks, some of the locks we had were not replaced they were re-keyed . The heaviness of the cost was due to a trip charge of $60 and labor of $96.50----if we had not have purchased the new locks there is no telling how much it might have run. They were quick to schedule, were very professional and pleasant, and the work was well done. But the costs were not made clear during the phone call, so be sure and ask about there labor rates, approx. time it would take to install the amount of locks you need, and the travel cost---or you to might be suprised at the cost.

Description of Work: They repaired deadbolt in front door, re keyed garage door deadbolt to match. They also made 4 keys for locks.

Description of Work: I had to change my appointment, and they were very accomodating. They rekeyed 5 locks. I was very pleased with the results. They are in my contacts for any time I will need a locksmith in the future.

Description of Work: Two entry doors to a mobile home needed re-keying, or replacing. This needed to be done as soon as possible since recently the residence was vacated. Two doors had dead-bolts, and locking door knobs. The workman, Andrew I believe, was there promptly, looked at the locks and went to work immediately. He serviced the existing locks, oiling them, and issued two sets of keys as requested. He explained the warranty policy of the company. He also checked an existing lock on a tool shed to make sure it was sound. He told us the locks were old, but could be used, so that saved us money by not having to purchase new locking handles.

Description of Work: Had all 5 doors to house rekeyed and had two lock component changed (from deadbolt to double-key). Cost would have been lower but I wanted new types of locks on 2 of the doors so there was a charge for parts (still cheaper than if I had bought them at the hardware store myself).
