Handyman Sam is very professional and polite. He comes prepared, sometimes with a single picture of the project! He made sure we got our water leak fixed ASAP because we had been out of water for two weeks already! He made sure the job was done right before he would go home, even though it was late on a Saturday!

It was first class, he wasn't always here during the job because he goes to his other jobs, but when he's here he does a great job .

When I have a booking with him, he is chit-chatting with my landlord. Nobody should be aware of my project. Because of the time I spent on it, my kid did the most of the work, therefore I was overcharged. My son is the one who clean up his mess, throw the trash that he have the tools and equipment to do so.

I understand your upset but your landlord came out to address your being evicted and are in court so he can evict you so he wanted to make sure he wasn’t going to be liable to pay for the repairs he was telling me you have to pay me not him when I was there I asked you if you were satisfied with completed job you agreed and I cleaned up you agreed to pay me gave me payment In full and you were very satisfied and content with project completion I even put old door in garbage and I cleaned up everything even took old handle off old door and gave to you to save for your landlord so you wouldn’t have further issues with them I was as accommodating and professional about the entire situation even after your son and landlord cussed each other out and almost got into a physical fight I still maintained professional and continued to do your repairs quietly and put of everyone’s way if there was a issue you could have addressed it when I was there and I would’ve been glad to comply with your request but no remarks or negative comments were made and you were smiling and happy with job you even paid me before I finished you paid me beforeI left to let door dry then came back and finished that’s how satisfied you were with job quality but if there’s anything I can do to help make your experience better next time please let me know
