‪H. F. Resendez Construction did an AMAZING job... Not only was the price good but they were able to start the job the day after I approved the estimate. I dealt with Henry Resendez III who was polite, professional and trustworthy. Henry and his crew kept everything clean and the job was completed within the specified time frame. Both jobs were completed beyond expectations. The work was done in the time frame they had stated, even faster. No problems with permits, blueprints or inspections. Their pricing was comparable to other companies, but this company has been around longer, and we were looking for experienced workers. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any construction done to their home, we will definitely be using them in the future for our upcoming projects and remodels.
Description of Work: We had a re-roof (comp shingles replaced) on an existing roof in February of 2016, and in January 2017 a new pitched roof built over an existing flat roof that we were having leaking problems with.
