We had a tough area to pave, lots of raised rock walls……. The crew was great and friendly. I had called other pavers with none answering or returning calls. Schwartz answered and came out that day. Quote was what I thought to be and they got the job done at the promised time. Thank you guys. It turned so better than I thought!

Have been talking about having work done for years but getting someone come and go over what I wanted done and getting quote wasn't easy. A few companies would do a drive by and give quote to seal. Swartz was doing work in area having extra asphalt offered services ended up work done same day

Work was scheduled 4 days after quote. Work crew arrived on schedule and very pleasant and most importantly professional. Scott was diligent about assuring all requested work was completed and exceeded my expectations. Have already referred others to him.

Was told they would grind taper to door about 20 foot back, repair loose pavement, tack coat and resurface. They cut out 2 foot to the door and covered all the loose pavement with new pavement (no tack coat) without repairing and left. Had the owner come out to discuss the work that was not done correctly. He said they did everything he said. Not true. He even wrote it (scribbled it so you could not read it) on the back of a business card but would not honor what he wrote. Tried to get a free seal but would not do that either. Do not recommend it. BIG RIP-OFF.

these guys are good.I don`t know much about black top, but they taught me what I needed to know . It really looks good. I`ve gotten a lot of compliments on the driveway. the price was very competitive. great job.

Driveway looks nice, but they didn't seal it. They haven't responded to my message asking about whether sealing was included. I guess I'll have to do that myself. I also spent several hours cleaning stone and tar out of the grass.

Communication needs work. Overall, the work was fast and good when they started. I do have some issues with the pavement, but have not talked with them yet.

I thought they have done an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

When shopping for a blacktop paver company, go with the best negotiated price (there is always wiggle room in price) because they all promise the same thing and from what I ve seen - they all do the same job. Do not expect any custom work repairing your drive other than leveling before application even though you re led to believe this would be done. My finished drive looks good and is a vast improvement over the original BUT I have great concerns over the side drainage issues that were not corrected as promised. Swartz paving did a great job at paving our drive - on time, friendly, professional, and affordable. They won the contract over other companies because of price and promised additional attention to drainage. The latter was poorly addressed.
