I'm a first time home buyer. We are a family of 3 that moved from SF Bay Area last year. I was referred to Gloria Scarazzo at Guarantee Real Estates (Wood Ward Park Office) by my coworker. My co worker has been using Gloria for his last 3 home selling/purchases. I first interviewed Gloria in April of 2013. She seems to meet many of my expectations (I've researced a lot about how to interview a real estate agent from some good resources online). Gloria's professionalism, knowledge and personality is above what I expected. She was able to tell I am the type that worries a lot and from time and time again she would always make sure I am ok and would always re-assure me things will be OK. Throughout our home buying experience there are many ups and downs and having someone such as Gloria to answer all of my concerns and put me at ease is a major plus! I would highly recommend for buyers to get their own buyer's real estate agent. Interview them and see if you like them, I did with Gloria and it turned out to be one of the best things I did. Now I see why my coworker has her as their real estate agent for the last 3 homes they sold/bought.
