The arrived on Monday even earlier than originally estimated and patched up the places where they thought the leak might be coming from.

Prompt, punctual and professional . Fresno Roofing sent a man the next day to repair my roof. I took a picture of my tiles and they were able to match them and bring them on the job saving both time and money. I absolutely would use them again.

They were very nice and they came back several times to correct something. They were determined to get it right. The deck kept bubbling for some reason. They seemed to have trouble with that bubbling and I don't know if that's normal or not. He did knock some off the price.

The men were very professional and courteous. They worked non-stop for two days and did a wonderful day. They even did a little touch-up on a shed for me. They arrived on time each day and cleaned up when they left. The company was wonderful to work with. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

They came by when I was not home so a card was left and then an estimate was provided by mail. I decided right away not to go with them because of the price. I had obtained about 7 estimates and this was by far the highest. Then about 3 months later I receive a bill from them for a service call. However, a service was never performed. Nothing was done. When I called to clear it up I was told that because they wrote it up as a repair I was liable for the service fee of $85.00. They said that someone had to pay the repair man that went over to look at it. So I guess that would be me. Theres no way I was going to pay so I called back and spoke with someone else and they provided me with the same explanation. However, because I kept questioning it he said he would take care of it. I will be calling back in a month to see if it really has been taken care off. I'm sure they do quality work but their prices are just so much more than any I've seen. All in all it turned out okay because they say they are removing the charge.

Turns out the only thing I got from them was an estimate. I gave them my schedule two weeks ahead and when they came they couldn t do the work. They messed up the paper work and they thought that it was a tiny repair, but, it was more substantial than that. They did not even apologize. They did give an estimate when they were here the first time. Then they could not get me in because I had to work. That is when I gave them my schedule in advance, then they messed up again. It was ridiculous.

I received the estimate very promptly and work was also done promptly. A suggestion was made that I build a deck being the surface they put on was walkable. I am currently following their suggestion. The roof was a little pricey but I asked for something nicer than what I had previously.

IT ONLY TOOK THEM 3 DAYS TO RE-SHINGLE MY HOUSE. IN MY OPINION THAT'S PRETTY FAST BECAUSE I KNOW SOME PEOPLE WHERE IT TOOK THEM LIKE A WEEK TO FINISH THERE HOUSE.

THIS COMPANY WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK WHEN THEY ARRIVED. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HOW THEY HANDLED THE JOB. I HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH SUCH A FUN AND FRIENDLY COMPANY.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, THE EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY, THEY CAME ON TIME, FINISHED THEIR WORK PROMPTLY AND CLEANED UP THE WHOLE MESS AFTER THEY WERE DONE.

THIS COMPANY PERFORMS QUALITY WORK. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY HAD A GREAT PRICE AND THEY DIDN'T OVER CHARGE ME FOR THE WORK THAT THEY DID. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY NEW ROOF.

I HAVE HAD A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS ON HOW NICE MY HOUSE LOOKS SINCE I HAVE HAD MY ROOD DONE. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY HAD A VERY NICE SCHEDULE THAT THEY STUCK TO WHILE WORKING.

I THOUGHT THAT THERE WOULD BE A LOT OF MEN COMING TO WORK ON MY ROOF BUT WHEN THEY GOT THERE THEY ONLY HAD 3 WORKERS. I SOON REALIZED THAT WAS THE BEST BECAUSE THEY WORKED REALLY HARD.

I LOVED THE FACT THAT THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NO POINT IN REPAIRING IT BECAUSE IT WOULD NEED IT ALL OVER. THEY EXPLAINED IT TO ME; THEY DIDN'T JUST TELL ME THAT. SO I DECIDED TO HAVE THEM DO MY WHOLE ROOF.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WONDERFUL JOB THEY DID ON MY ROOF. THEY GOT IT DONE IN TWO DAYS AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT LEAKING. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY MOTHER-IN-LAW AND SHE WILL BE HAVING THEM COME OVER TO RE-SHINGLE HER ROOF.

I HAD NOTHING BUT A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE ROOF LEAKED AFTER THEY HAD COMPLETED THE JOB. THEY CAME BACK THREE TIMES AND DID NOT DO A THING. I HAD TO END UP FIXING THE PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOF MY SELF.

THE COMPANY SEEMED VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN WORKING WITH US. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT WHEN WE CALLED AND SET UP A TIME TO START. THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID ON THE ROOF WAS OUTSTANDING.

THE ONE THING THAT I REALLY LIKED ABOUT THE COMPANY IS THAT THEY HAD AVERY NICE SET SCHEDULE. THEY EVEN TRIED TO MINIMIZE THE SOUND BECAUSE MY WIFE WAS SENSITIVE TO LOUD NOISES.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE AND THEY DID THEIR WORK PRETTY WELL, BUT THERE ARE STILL SOME QUESTIONS LEFT UNANSWERED. I WAS SATISFIED BUT I THOUGHT THE JOB COULD'VE BEEN FINISHED A LITTLE BETTER.

THEY WERE VERY WELL MANNERED. THEY NEVER ONCE WERE SO LOUD THAT IT INTERRUPTED MY DAY. THEY ARE FAST WORKERS. THEY HAD A VERY NICE SET SCHEDULE. THEY WERE HONEST WHEN THEY TOLD ME HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE.
