Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for replacing a water heater and the person nswering the phone could not give me an estimate and had to have someone else call me with the estimate. I never received a call back.

Description of Work: I used them two different times. The first time, the plumber replaced a pipe with a hole in it under my pedestal sink. He didn't mention a 10% senior discount and he didn't replace an escutcheon showing under the sink. The second time, the plumber (a different one) quoted me a price, mentioned the discount and did the work along with some good plumbing info. The first visit was okay--the second was excellent.

Description of Work: We had a slab leak under our 30 year old house. Bill came out the day we called and immediately diagnosed the problem with our hot water line. He did a great job with a reroute. Thank you to Bill for the hard work he did getting us fixed up. I would recommend Fresno Plumbing and Heating based on this experience.

Description of Work: I had a leak from somewhere in the upstairs bathroom seeping through the ceiling. He came out almost immediately and very quickly identified the problem correctly (the wax ring from the toilet). He replaced the item efficiently and the plumbing problem was solved. (We repaired the ceiling ourselves). He was very clean and courteous.

Description of Work: I called Fresno Plumbing because of a sew line backup. The same worker came out three times and was excellent. On the first visit, he tried to evaluate the cause of the blockage, but could not run his "snake" far enough to be sure of the cause. This required a second visit with a scoping devise. He found my check valve was broken and was causing the backup, instead of keeping an open line. It was necessary to dig down so the check valve could be replaced. He suggested I hire someone to dig out the dirt so I would not be charged plumbing rates for the digging. I took his suggestion. When the soil was cleared, he returned to replace the valve and move the clear out so that future need for "snaking" would not break the valve. He showed me how improper placement of the clear out, when the check valve was installed by another company, set me up for damaging the valve and causing this expensive problem. He took great care with the work and treated me as if I was a member of his family who owned a home. The cost gave me some sticker shock, but it was first-rate professional work that should save me a lot of cost and trouble in the future. I will definitely turn to Fresno Plumbing for future work.

Description of Work: Our sewer was draining slowly. We called the company and on the time/date arranged, employee Lucas promptly came out, cleared the slow draining line. Thanks.

Description of Work: Had previously installed item on Moen shower control in bath/shower. Plastic item failed so this was a free visit for replacement. Asked if he would install Grufundos hot water pump and he refused because it wasn't the kind he knew how to install. My husband ended up installing the pump and he just went on the internet to figure it out. Not too happy that this plumber didn't want to take the time. Likely will use another service next time (unless this same device fails and they have to replace it again)

Description of Work: The employee did a good job, however he did not introduce himself. No biggee. He snaked a plugged septic line. Was in and out in 20 minutes.

Description of Work: I had a leaky valve replaced in the bath tub. Valve was frozen. Took plumber about an hour to accomplish feat. He was very courteous and professional. I give him and his company 5 stars!
