I called their customer service line and was immediately connected to someone who can give me a quote over the phone. After we agreed to a date and approximate time, he arrived as expected. He was very professional,efficient, and reliable. The job was completed in 10 mins or less.

They were very expensive, nothing extraordinary. They had to come back to correct some issues with the toilet. They left the tank loose on top of the bowl. It was not seated properly.

The experience went very well and I was very pleased with their services. I called them one afternoon to ask them when they could come out and they were out the next morning by 11. I thought the price was very good because I had called another provider for a quote and that provider would have charged me for two separate toilet installations.

I called the company early and they were able to send a representative within an hour. The representative arrived within the first quarter of the two hour window. He completed the work within 15 minutes and answered all my questions within 30. As far as cleanliness, he had shoe covers, his own bucket, and did not leave any mess. Also got a quote for other work that I needed to have done within the next 30 days.

They did a very good job. They were on time and courteous.

Called the company on a Monday and told them we would like service on Friday afternoon. They came out when we asked and the plumber was very friendly and professional. Would definitively do business with again.

Arrived when promised and precisely on time. Friendly, but no time wasted chatting. Quickly located problem. Had needed equipment with him. Worked quickly and efficiently. Price seems quite fair for time spent. Am using them again this afternoon for a new and unrelated problem.

Great to do business with...were there on time and honest about what could and couldn't be done. Will definately use them again.

They were very good. They were prompt and ontime. We had a very strange leak and he stuck with it and figured out the problem. The leak was very minor but hard to find.

Woke up on a Saturday to a flooded bathroom. Called Fresno Plumbing; they said they would come out that day. They were there an hour before they estimated they would be. The plumber, Robert, was very courteous and professional; he had the problem taken care of in no time. My only regret is being a do it "yourselfer" and I couldn't do it myself, after seeing how easily he took care of the problem. I would call them again if I have a problem.

I called FP&H at 11:30 a.m. today (Tuesday) of Thanksgiving week for an estimate to have our toilet's leaky wax ring replaced and the toilet re-seated. The dispatcher took my information and said a technician would return my call. Fifteen minutes later, Robert called and quoted me $112.50. I agreed and called the dispatcher again for a lead time and was told between 1-2 p.m. and the plumber would call me before he arrived. However, Lukas the plumber arrived unannounced at 12:10, which was an awkward but pleasant surprise. He conscientiously wore paper booties when he was in my house, he was professional and quick and finished by 1:00! Wow! He also emptied our bathroom's trash can and tossed out the hand towel we'd been using to sop up the leaking water. He replaced the ring as well as re-shimmed the toilet to stop it rocking. He also replaced the toilet tank flapper valve and other internal tank parts because they were faulty (which we knew.) The tank work was $89, which I thought was pretty expensive, but it made sense to me to have it all done at one time, and done right. I was happy with his work and his professional demeanor.

The initial visit for the estimate was at the agreed time, was helpful and thorough. The service was done at the correct time and even cheaper than the estimate (a 10% senior discount).

Although it took two visits, the work was done quickly and correctly with good cleanup afterwards. Cost seemed appropriate to the work. A freee estimate was offered.,

THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY WHEN I CALLED AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THIS COMPANY DID VERY GOOD WORK ON REPAIRING MY OUTSIDE FAUCETS. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THE COMPANY EXPLAINED THOROUGHLY THE TYPE OF WORK THEY WERE GOING TO DO.

I THOUGHT THAT THEIR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY ARE REALLY FRIENDLY AND CARING. THEY WANTED TO DO THE JOB WELL DONE THE FIRST TIME.

THEY CAME IN A USED A SNAKE ON ALL OF MY DRAINS. THEY FOUND A CLOG THAT RAN FROM MY HOUSE ALL THE WAY OUT TO THE STREET. THEY GOT IT ALL FLUSHED OUT.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THE STAFF OF THAT COMPANY ACTED. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ON HOW THEY HANDLED THEMSELVES. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HIRING THEM BACK AGAIN.

I REALLY RESPECTED THAT THE PLUMBER THAT WAS WORKING ON THE SINK HAD SOME TROUBLE WITH A PART AND COULD HAVE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY, BUT KEPT ON WORKING AND GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

I WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW TOILET AT HOME DEPOT AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY HELP ON HOW TO INSTALL IT. I CALLED FRESNO PLUMBING AND THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY WITH NO HESITATION ON LETTING ME HELP INSTALL THE TOILET.

I HAVE BEEN WITH THE SAME PLUMBING BUSINESS SINCE I HAVE BEEN OUT ON MY OWN. THAT'S A LONG TIME. I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS FOR BUSINESS.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THAT THEY HAD DONE. THEY HAD COME ON TIME AND HAD CONFIRMED THEIR APPOINTMENT WITH ME. THEY WERE VERY GENTLEMAN LIKE AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY FIXED THE DRAINAGE PIPE VERY QUICKLY, AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL. THE PRICE WAS EVEN AFFORDABLE!
