Excellent business management. The head guy was excellent in going the extra mile for service and quality work.

This company was very patient and helpful. They took their time with me and ensured I understood the services being performed in my home.

My AC went out at 4am and I called and got a response in 5min. and they had it fixed by 1pm when the original ETA was 4-6pm. Good place to go when you need it done quick and right.

My AC stopped working. Energy Smart came out, first thing the next morning. Jacob had my AC fixed quickly and was very professional and very nice. They don't over charge at all. I will always be a loyal customer!

Best service provider of all time! They did a next day appointment to troubleshoot my AC and install smart thermostats. Santos, our technician arrived on time, wearing a mask and foot protectors. Fixed the AC issue and installed the thermostats perfectly. Cleaned up the drywall dust and verified the systems were online. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

I don t usually write reviews as I am constantly doing business over the internet. But I feel the need to write a review commending the service I received from Energy Smart. I did my homework and got bids to replace two failing AC units for my home. Willy at Energy Smart was the best at giving me an honest (all options) quote on different brands and types of units. Once we decided on the right match for our home, the crew was on site right on time. They text you when they are en route. They stayed until everything was working and came back the day after installation and replaced a faulty thermometer (which wasn t their fault) and didn t leave until they were sure everything was working. I ve had a lot of techs working on both my home and office and have to say Energy Smart is Athens BEST! if you want honest, thorough and total pros look no further. Thanks Willy, Juan and crew. My house has never been any cooler!

I contacted 4 companies with each giving a bid. Energy Smart was the winner. I hired them after many conversations with the owner who was involved from the beginning to the end of the job, which was well done!

Of course my AC would go out right before Memorial Day! Got up and started making phone calls at 6:30 AM...Hoping somebody would at least answer the call. Energy Smart called me soon there after and set an appointment That very morning… I told them they were the first people to call me back and that I needed to get some bids and compare prices ( along with reviews). Long story short they were the best deal and did not even charge me extra for the holiday!. Other Companies did eventually call me back… Gave me the prices, as well as one of them charging $69 extra because of the holiday… AND BY FAR Energy Smart Was a better deal. The customer service was outstanding, Sandro, (the technician) Was as pleasant as could be, informative, thorough, professional, respectful,…And so so helpful… He actually came back the next day for further assessment of my unit.…They went above and beyond in troubleshooting what was wrong. This company will be my go to company in the future… I was very fortunate to have such quality service the first time I called! I absolutely recommend their service to anyone needing assistance with their air-conditioning unit! PS they are very respectful to our wonderful military and offered me a discount especially since my husband is currently serving in Iraq.

When I didn t know how to use the system, they responded on a Sunday and a Holiday! Great company that does great work. These guys will be my go to for HVAC!

Showed up when they said they would. Tech was a good guy, knowledgeable and friendly. Correctly diagnosed the problem, returned a couple days later and fixed the HVAC unit. It wasn t inexpensive but what is these days? Good job

Wow, Walid (aka Wally) at Energy Smart went above and beyond with fixing my AC issue. He squeezed me in asap, clearly explained the issue and quoted me a cheaper price for both things I was needing repaired (capacitor & possibly a blower motor/fan). He took my follow up calls and again explained everything and fixed it all for less money than another guy I called. Energy Smart will now be my AC/Heater company from now on! Oh yeah, Jacob who came and repaired everything was great, friendly and very knowledgeable as well! Apparently the owners (Wally and the other owner) are engineers! So they know what they're doing! Thanks again guys for the great service and competitive pricing. Oh yeah, and here's how you know my review is real, from a human being...I hate anchovies on my pizza! No robot knows what this means! lol!
