Tim was polite patient trustworthy kind. He did his work and only spoke if he had a question. I am 79 and have medical problems, I trusted Having him in my home.

They do excellent work and give us explaination about the install and answered all questions asked.. They were professional and cleanup their work each day. They checked out the new system. We are happy with energy smart. They have been wonderful!!

They did work they should not have to do, trimmed growth from around my AC. I should have done it so they wouldnâ t have to do extra work. Great company and great work. Thank you

Cody was the technician assigned to do the work on our AC unit. He sent us a text letting us know he was on his way. Once he arrived, Cody asked where our AC unit was located so he could get started. When he completed outside unit, he came inside and finished the job. In addition Cody took the time to change our AC filter. He was very professional and got the work done promptly. On the invoice, Cody gave us a breakdown of everything he had done, and even included the work he would recommend to be done at a later time. Meanwhile our AC is working fine and works perfectly. Weâ ve had to turn the AC down, it got too cold. I would recommend Energy Smart Engineering, Inc to everyone that needs their AC unit serviced.

Technician was 1 1/2 hours late. He did text me at 1 hour late. He was very personable. Diagnosed my problem and made the repair that I had complained I needed. A/C works again! Very nice technician.

Very quick and efficient, technician very obviously knew what he was doing without seeming rushed or hurried.

I have a rental house where the AC quit working in 100+ degree weather and needed to have someone out ASAP. I had another company contact me and wanted to schedule an appoint for 4 days out. I couldn't have my renters go that long without AC. I was contacted by them within 10 minutes of filling out my questioner. Willy called me and came out in between 2 appointments. He drove from Madera to Kingsburg and was able to fix my rental house AC within 30 minutes and then drove back to Fresno for his next appointment. I will recommend them to all my contacts. I am having Willy come back out to my personal residence for some additional work. I'm 65 and his work ethics are the same as mine and it's hard to find that in today's society. The entire staff and company was extremely professional and helpful. They helped put my mind at ease and answered all my questions. I will stay working with the company as long as they are around.
