I called and was greeted by a recording of a woman stating that if I left my name and phone number i would receive a return call. This never happened.

My spouse called twice in one week and had to leave a message. That was over 2 weeks ago..... No one has called him back. About a week after, I called and spoke with the owner and provided in great detail what I needed done (blinds cleaned- pretty dirty, windows cleaned). He did not see overly interested in the job, but I booked him because I needed the services. The day before the appointment, I called to reschedule as an emergency came up and no one would be home. We rescheduled 8/21/12 at 8:00am. He was a no show and when I called at 9:45a on day of appointment, there was a lot of silence, then an apology. He offered to reschedule, but being a stickler for great customer service, I declined. His loss. I will not call them for any other services, and I will let friends and family (who often ask for referrals) not to use them either.

We have an eight foot wide window, so the job had to be taken back to the shop to be completed. But that is a minor thing, as far as I am concerned. The man was prompt and had the job done and returned within about three hours. The blinds turned out beautifully and the service was friendly and efficient. I will definitely have them come back. I would also like to recommend this service provider to others!

They were nice and came right away. They took my blinds, cleaned them, brought them back and reinstalled them. The blinds look beautiful after their service.
