After install I noticed dent on unit and they replaced dented panel. A couple days before war any expired A/C broke down and they did $1800 worth of work with no push back. Over all very pleased will recommend to everyone.

We had hired Bob Weatherford who is the owner of Diamond Heating & Air here in the Sacramento area to install a highly rated Lennox HVAC System in our home. Bob, also happens to be a licensed General Building Contractor and has an "A" rating on Angie's List.. He did such a good job on our home, I had asked him if he could find some time to install a new HVAC System in our rental in Clovis, CA. He said that's a little too far from here to do the job. However, he recommended Donald P Dick Air Conditioning, Inc. to me which also has Angie's "A" rating. I contacted their office and was referred to John Calandri (Estimator). I was very impressed with John's thoroughness in explaining the type of system we really needed, the SEER rating of the equipment, and pointing out the major reason for the heat loss on the rental unit was due to the fact that the return was completely disconnected and a 7' supply collar was disconnected and just blowing in the attic. We just had an HVAC Diagnostic Service done a couple weeks earlier by another A/C Contractor and the duct problem was not pointed out to us. I believe John was being very honest and professional in explaining the problems we had with the disconnected ducts. Consequently, we decided to replace the existing HVAC System with John's recommended Rheem 2.5 ton, 14 SEER rooftop unit to make the rental unit more energy efficient. Our tenant is now very happy with the new HVAC System, especially since his PG&E bill has decreased significantly. The servicemen arrived on time and worked diligently and professionally. During the efficiency test they found parts in my system that were not working properly. They repaired my system adequately to get me by until the new parts arrived and then returned to install them. Again they performed excellent work and my HVAC system is working great.

The repairman was punctual and very nice. He answered our questions and even recommended we stop using the expensive filters we were buying because they do not work any better than the cheap Walmart filters. We have had excellent service from this co before when our compressor went out and also when another part needed to be replaced.

The job was completed on time and the quality of work was top of the line. The crew even connected a vent line without charge, that was not part of the job. They were very efficient and always on time to start the work. They cleaned up well which can be a problem with some contractors. My contact, John Calandri, was very knowledgeable, and did not pressure for upgrades--just explained the benefits with the costs and left the decision to us. He checked up on the work, and is following up on the rebates final inspection.

The installers arrived when they said they would. The installers were courteous and answered all our questions. The job was done in less than a day. The price was good, using equipment from a recognized brand. The company followed up with a personalized thank-you note which I thought was a nice touch

The serviceman had a bit of difficulty finding our condo. Once here, he was very professional and advised us that our A/C was in good working order. Good news for us! He provided us with an extra filter.

Last fall I used their services on a rental property I was trying to get ready. Another company had been used for many years previously. I called Donald P. Dick because I used their services on my own home and have been happy with every contact and service. They did an incredible job at my rental, took the time needed to get a heater up and going again and thoroughly cared for the A/C. When the time comes to replace a unit, I will definitely go back to them. They are honest, fair and well- priced and knowledgeable. Last summer I had a problem with our A/C unit, Donald P. Dick's repairman came out, diagnosed what appeared to be a somewhat elusive problem, kept me informed all along the way about the problem and possible solutions. Because the problem was elusive, the repairman installed a $100.00 part but advised that it it did not sure the problem, just let them know and I could return the part . It worked!

We have not had our dryer duct cleaned in the nine years that we lived here. Felix from Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning cleaned it for us. He was extremely nice, kind, respectful, and very professional. He was excellent! I would highly recommend them. The price was reasonable. They said they would be there between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. At 11:10 a.m., the company called and said they were on the way. Very prompt and professional! I would highly recommend Donald P. His price was very reasonable. We have had absolutely the best service because our bills dropped, we have not had any repairs in 6 years and we are very pleased with it. They answered all our questions and were on time. We have recommended them to our daughter too.

For air conditioning and heating services we go to Donald P Dick, but the only thing I ever called him for was my air conditioner. Well since I never really used anybody else their pricing is hard to compare, but I think it was good enough and I would definitely continue to use them.

Took long to respond and too expensive. You need to ask up-front what their fees are.

They are pretty pricey. I had one issue and I don't know if anybody would have handled it better. I can't really blame it on them because it is a problem with the house designed. We were planning to put the new units in two rooms that are hot all the time. They said that the vents were wrong and they were going to change things. They said it's going to be better, but those rooms are still hot. I knew the problem before that really didn't get fixed. It is a great unit, and they did a superb job. Their price was good.

We had an annual contract with them. They do good work. The quality of their work is topnotch. They are always on time and they are always there when they say they are going to be there.

I never hired this company. They were VERY OVER PRICED!!!

I was eligible for up to $2000 off of my taxes because they offered me an energy-efficient air conditioner. I liked that they offered me financing and also liked that they knew about the tax credits and rebates. When they gave me a quote it covered the whole price. I have a 1950 home. The duct work was also included in the work. They replaced some of the old duct work and did pretty much everything. They weren?t cheap but they gave me a pretty good deal. They came out pretty quickly too.

Well, Travis from their company just came by to give an estimate on a new unit. He was very thorough, spending a couple hours looking into all the details. He was genuinely concerned about what we needed and that our system was functioning properly. After much investigation, he did the honest thing and advised ways that we could achieve additional efficiency without having to replace the whole unit. I thought it was outstanding and from all the people I have met recently getting bids, I would but Travis at the top in terms of integrity.

After calling the company, I was referred to Doug Galvani, one of their salespersons. He came out the next day and quoted me a price. Their price was excellent. Doug scheduled the work right away. The day the work was done they were here at 8:AM and finished by noon. I am also doing some other repairs on my house where the story did go well at all. This was wonderful, I highly recommend them!
