+ -1 moreThe staff at Direct Buy is always great. We have had problems in the past with parts ordered but their receiving guy handled it for us. One of their staff even drove parts to our small town in the middle of nowhere to save us a trip to the city (and they didn't even try to charge us for it because it was their fault the part was missing from my original pick-up). When I call, the person on the phone answers and directs me to the correct department. When we go in to 'window shop' in the catalogs, no one bothers us but there is always someone to answer questions when we have them. They have clean bathrooms. There are plenty of special events at the store where we can meet vendors. The coffee bar is wonderful.
Description of Work: The last tine we were there, we were just researching prices on wood burning stoves for next winter so no purchase was made. Even though we didn't buy anything, their staff was EXCELLENT, as usual.
