Description of Work: Technician not always on a schedule. Change squirrel bait which didn't work and still charged. Billing system very confusing...bill for a month and then the next bill comes in at 3 months or possible at 2 months.

Description of Work: I hired them for monthly pest control however, they did not keep commitments for service so I didn't pay them! I continued to have lots roaches in the garage. Then Dewey sent the bill to collections after I cancelled service!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

+ -1 moreThey are a reliable company and do a competent job. Update in December 2013 remains the same as my original response. They are reliable, competent, courteous, and efficient. They always call me a day or two prior to their visit to my house to let me know they will be arriving.
Description of Work: I use Dewey Pest Control for pest control services. I signed up for a special program which costs me a dollar a day.

+ -1 moreWork was done as expected. I am totally pleased with the results. Tech finished the job quickly and informed me to leave for at least 2 hours and also to keep my pets away for 2 hours so we would not be exposed to the fumes until it was safe.

+ -1 moreI would recommend, in terms of long-term care for pest control, Dewey Pest Control. Any type of pest control issue, they will come out the same day. They are reliable and their service works! They will do any type of pest control, whether it be bugs, critters, or any other issues.
Description of Work: We've been using them for at least 15 years. They are very considerate, thorough, and efficient. They are an incredible service. They are reasonably priced and they will come out at a split second if you have any critter issues. We pay a monthly service, and they come out once a month to inspect our home.

+ -1 moreDEWEY PEST CONTROL Dewey Pest Control, knows what he is doing, I am really confident that he knows what he is doing, is friendly, my dogs like him, calls before he comes out and asks if we are having any problems.
Description of Work: DEWEY PEST CONTROL I used Dewey Pest Control, 2 weeks ago, to spray for bugs outside and it cost $89 every 2 months.
