Description of Work: Visited their showroom to get pricing for 1700 sq ft of tile. My mother and I spent 15 minutes looking around, trying to get someone's attention. No one even said hello or gave us the time of day |About 4 weeks later I visited again with my husband. We also walked both the interior and exterior showroom for 15 minutes before someone acknowledged us. We asked for ordering cling only to find out that the product we liked was twice the price of one their competitors.

+ -1 moreI have had the best service from them. They are great. I can go in there and ask for samples or look at tiles for one room and they would treat me just as they would treat a contractor that comes in.
Description of Work: I use Dal-Tile for purchasing tiles. I have used them for a home rebuild too.

+ -1 moreWe had 15 travatine tiles to be replaced. He was on time and very professional. He did is work professionaly and quickly. We loved what he did. He came back to seal the new tile. He called us a few days later to be sure we were pleased. If you need tile work, you must call him.
Description of Work: Removed broken and damaged tile, prepared floor for new tiles, laid new tiles and sealed.

+ -1 moreMY KITCHEN LOOKS FANTASTIC. THEY DID IT VERY FAST AND IN THE END IT ACTUALLY LOOKS BEAUTIFUL! I THOUGHT THEIR FAST PACE WOULD END IN FAILURE, BUT THEY SURPRISED ME..
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A NEW LINOLEUM FLOOR IN MY KITCHEN.
