+ -1 moreWhen they removed the blinds to clean them some of the blinds came back broken. I offered to pay for the blinds that were broken and he agreed to come back the following week to hang the new blinds and finish up the work. He then never showed up and over time he has stopped returning my phone calls, and I still have no blinds.
Description of Work: Came to wash my windows and clean my blinds.
