Our contracts that you would sign have name, address, and phone number on them. We don't take credit cards in advance so there is nothing to cancel. Jim Bell has a driver with him. Told me the price and gave me a piece of paper that was partially filled out and told me to sign it. No contact information, no way to get a hold of anybody, not even an address . They then told me to install would take 2 to 3 weeks. Here we are a month later so I called the office and never got an answer. I called the corporate office and they informed me they did not have a record of anything and could not help me over the phone. I asked them to cancel my order since nothing was happening. They told me they could not do that. I finally just had to put a stop payment on my credit card since I can't seem to get a hold of anyone. Very odd business tactics. It seems their Google reviews are pretty decent but if you go over to Yelp you see a common theme around poor customer service and the inability to get a hold of anybody who knows what they are doing. It appears they have a Turn and Burn sales tactic where they just try to shove as many customers in the top of the bucket and not worry about how many fall out the bottom. Ridiculous

I BELIEVE THAT THIS COMPANY HAS GREAT SERVICE. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND WATER IS AWESOME. WHEN I WAS AT THE LOCATION, AND WHEN THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS GREAT. THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THEIR MESS BEFORE THEY LEFT. BEFORE THE WORKERS LEFT THEY MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO WORK RIGHT. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVE FROM THIS COMPANY. THE DELIVERY GUYS ARE ALWAYS SO PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS. WE CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON THEM TO DELIVER OUR WATER TO US ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE.

IT WAS VERY HARD TO GET THEM TO COME TO OUR HOUSE BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE AT A CERTAIN TIME, AND THEY NEVER SHOWED. FINALLY THEY DID COME OUT, AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WATER SOFTENER SINCE.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIBLE. WHENEVER WE HAVE A PROBLEM OR A COMPLAINT THEY HELP US WITH IT. THEY LET US KNOW WHETHER WE NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IT OR NOT. THE COMPANY IS ALSO ALWAYS ON TIME, IF NOT A LITTLE EARLY.
