This job was first rate from the estimate to finish! An owner does the estimates. He arrived promptly at the time we had arranged, and was fast, friendly, and very professional. He made notes as we moved quickly around the home. This fellow knew what he was doing; his years of experience showed. On the day of the cleaning, two men arrived. My home is about 1700 square feet, with 35 older double-hung windows. Part of the house is two-story, so that meant high ladder work. The men had a division of responsibilities, with the more experienced of the two taking all of the more difficult work. This was July in Fresno, which mean temperatures near 90 by mid day. It was hot outside and these fellows worked very hard. The windows were sparkling clean when the job was done. It was the best cleaning job I have ever had. The gutters were cleaned thoroughly too. In the review I rated the price B, only because I have gotten the windows cleaned at a lower price. But I consider the price a very good deal for the quality of the job. I am quite satisfied and will use Crown Window Cleaning again.

Excellent services. From a quick estimate to on-time arrival for the cleaning crew, Crown provided a great experience. My windows look beautiful and the screens are clean and put back on correctly. The crew was friendly and efficient. I will use Crown again.

We had someone provide an estimate within hours of our inquiry. The work was done on the desired date. The window cleaners were professional and thework was done for an amount we found reasonable. We will definately use them again.

One young man came by himself and did the job. He worked non-stop for 4 hours and completed the job. He didn't leave a mess, so we were happy.

I called for an estimate about one week earlier. Someone came the same day but the job could not be scheduled until the following week which worked for me.They were on time. One worked washing inside while the other took care of the screens and the gutters. Very polite and worked quickly, there were done in 3 hours.

I called to make an appointment, they kept it and were on time. I didn't get an estimate prior to them doing the work because they have done work for me before.

One guy worked on the outside, and the other did the inside. The inside guy was new, but he was very conscientious. There were a few streaks on my front picture window, and he immediatly took care of the problems. I will definitely call them again!

I called for an estimate and someone came out later that day. They left the estimate at my door, I accepted it and called in to schedule the work. Work was scheduled about a week out which was totally acceptable given the time of year we are in. The crew showed up promptly at the start of the timeframe that was scheduled. They reviewed the work order prior to beginning and then went to work. They did all the windows on the outside and dry brushed the screens. Very professional crew/trucks and at the end I was pleased with the results. I would recommend this company based on my experience.

This is the second time Crown Window Cleaning has cleaned our windows and we are as pleased this year as we were last year. At our request Brad returned for this second cleaning. He was punctual, clarified just what needed to be done, and went right to work. He obviously takes great pride in his work and he should.

The workers arrived on time. The older gentleman instructed the younger one what to do. While the older gentleman cleaned the windows on the outside, the younger one vacuumed the rails on the inside. When the older one was finished outside he came inside and cleaned the inside windows. They worked well as a team. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them and I'll use them again in the future.

The estimator (Monti) returned my initial phone call promptly, came to the house--in the foothills an hour's drive from Fresno--and got right back with an estimate. He offered two options--all widows inside and out or all windows needing a ladder. We opted for the latter. After the work was scheduled, I remembered that I didn't ask about a senior citizen discount and phoned Monti's voice mail to request it--and it was provided. The crew (Brad and Carlos) arrived very promptly and looked over the job with us, offering their thoughts and asking for ours. They obviously took great pride in their work and were quite professional. When they finished they walked around with us so everyone could see the finished job. Brad went back over a couple of places that looked fine to me but he wasn't quite satisfied. I was very pleased with the crew and their work and look forward to having them back.

windows hadn't been done in 3 yrs. He did a great job on everything. He was very particular to do a great job and he did. The price was reasonable and included a senior discount.

The estimator came the day I called and the work was performed the following week. He was polite and very pleasant. Two men came to the house to do the work, introduced themselves and verified what I wanted done. It had been raining and was muddy outside and they were careful not to track any dirt inside. The job lasted approximately two hours. I am sorry that I don't remember their names, they came the week before Christmas and I am just now submitting the report. They did a good job, the price was reasonable, everyone was pleasant and I would hire them again.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. FROM THE TIME I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE TO THE TIME THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WAS THREE DAYS. VERY PROMPT RESPONSE AND ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY DO A GREAT JOB, BUT ARE FAST ABOUT THEIR WORK. FOR ALL THE WINDOWS THAT I HAVE DONE THE PRICE IS GREAT. I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY.
