We have been planning to do a remodel in our kitchen and to our surprise the contractor had an opening a lot earlier than what we expected. He required us to have all of our items prior to the demo and that left us a week and a half to do all of our shopping for the entire project. I went into Creative Tile on my lunch break on a Thursday afternoon with a sample of the granite we had selected and Jessie Lopez helped set me up with Kaleb Smith. Kaleb was amazing. I told him about my situation and gave him my budget and he produced about a dozen tile samples. Feeling overwhelmed...he quickly helped me narrow down my selection to 2 and sent them home with me. I returned the next afternoon with my decision and we began the ordering process. As we started reviewing the items I became concerned that the items would not be delivered in less than a week. Kaleb promised me that he would have what I needed by Thursday and we moved forward with completing the order. Kaleb worked closely with my contractor and even gave me Contractors pricing on my order. Everything was moving along nicely with the remodel and all the pieces appeared to be falling together...and then it happened. On Monday I received a phone call from Kaleb saying one of the tiles I had selected was on back-order and wouldn't be in stock until the end of the month. I was stuck working out of town and couldn't get back into Creative Tile to pick out something else until Tuesday and Kaleb again assured me everything would be fine. On Tuesday afternoon I went back into Creative Tile to talk with Kaleb and he had some new options waiting for me. We selected another tile similar to what was on back-order and he called to verify it was in stock and it was. Kaleb was able to changed my order and added the new tile onto my original order. On Friday morning I went back into Creative Tile to pick up my order and to my surprise...it was all there. A huge thank you to Kaleb and the rest of the team at Creative Tile. Their experience and professionalism helped relieve a lot of the anxieties I was having with putting this project together in a short period of time.

They did not do the installation. They helped us pick out the right tile. I would use them again. We had a relative lay the tile!

THE TILE FLOORING IS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED. WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE FINAL RESULTS AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR WORKMANSHIP TO ANYONE. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS.
