I was very impressed with the moving process and professionalism of Mike and his crew. The packers were on time and all my furniture was wrapped and secure. There was no damage to any of the items when I met them in Oregon and was present for the unpacking and move-in process. In short, I would definitely hire this company again. The professionalism and communication was great and actually the price was very fair, a great value. I obtained several other quotes that were significantly hirer than this service.

They were excellent both in the loading of the truck and the unloading at our townhouse. It was a very challenging move because our townhouse has 3 floors. We where concerned that our large bedroom furniture would not be able to get moved to the 3rd floor. But the movers kept trying and working at it and after a few attempts they were successfully. They worked hard at it and they did a great job. The 3 floors were no problem and the movers handled everything very well. They worked very hard and no complaints and were always courtesy and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a quality move, they were the best.

The entire move went VERY, VERY WELL. The movers did exactly what Mikey, the manager and estimator, said they would do and they did it for the agreed upon price! The moving crew, Floyd (crew leader), Josh and Michael arrived on time, listened to and followed our instructions and were, throughout the entire day, extremely helpful, courteous, competent and careful with our possessions. We could not reasonably have asked for more! Also, I think it's worth noting that they all maintained very positive "can-do" attitudes (especially Josh, who didn't believe in using the word "can't") even though it was a very physically demanding move (because our current home has one flight of stairs and the new home has 3 floors with 2 fairly long staircases). They all hustled right up to the end of what turned out to be about an 11 hour day, never slowing up or getting sloppy with the handling of our property.

The movers arrived on time. Managed two separate stops. Stayed patient with all the requests to rearranged furniture and assist. Will use them again.

I learned, after reading about choosing movers, that I needed to get an on-site estimate rather than one over the phone. I had already received two phone estimates. Even though it was more convenient for me to just make a phone call I have to admit that I would have had no idea what the actual cost, or equipment would have been. With the bid from Courtesy movers I had no question what I was getting into, laws regarding moving services were explained and I was comfortable that I was in good hands.

They were very professional and easy to work with. Because the new flooring was not yet installed in the new, all my goods were stacked in the garage. The movers stacked the garage in such a way that I could go down aisles to retrieve items as I was able to move them into the house. Definitely well organized. They went above and beyond.

They were great. Their price was mediocre. I would use them in the future.

It has been awhile since I've used them but every time I've used them they have done a really good job. They are very careful with all of my items. I did put some stuff in storage one time. They have excellent storage; it is temperature controlled. I've used others that didn't do as good a job as they did. I was really happy with them. I would use them again.
