They came out to pull an Ethernet cable and had an extremely hard time fishing it through the exterior wall of my office. They kept running into a lot of insulation. However, they put the full effort of the company behind the project and succeeded. The project took more time than they quoted but they only charged the amount they quoted. They have a very high work ethic and I will use them again

OK - Since I'm not very computer savy, I'm not in a good position to specifically comment on their work,

Took computer in as I did not have time to repair it myself. I narrowed it down to the video/graphics card as well as not enough space left on the hard drive. Mentioned these things to them when checking it in. They were to do a set of diagnostic tests and determine what was wrong. Tests came back showing nothing wrong and the computer was not performing the same way it was initially when I determined the problem (freezing up). Left it with them to put in new, larger hard drive, transfer info to new and slave the other, add new DVD drive, and check graphics/video card again. They called me back stating that upon doing a close visual exam of the card, found it was warped on some of the elements. So, new card installed. I have used this business before and find their work to be efficient and effective, finding the problems (sometimes a few days later). I know that there are many things that it could have been according to the symptoms, but I did mention the reasons why I felt it was the card. I trust their work but do have one issue I wish they would work at - informing the customer of what is going on a bit more than a few days after they did the work, or found a problem. There seems to be a reluctance of any one person to take on calling their customers with updates and when the computer needs something, or even that it is ready to go home. So, guys, please try to help us out a bit more. They had my computer for over a week but, luckily, I had another at home to use. I have referred friends to this business for their computer issues and will continue to do so. As I work around many techs who repair computers, I find these guys to be convenient, careful, and consistent when working on the computer issues. That is why they got my business!
