Description of Work: I ordered Comcast through a vendor at Wal-Mart, who said I would get it for $29 a month. When they came out to install, I wasn't there as they gave me the wrong date. I rescheduled, had someone meet them. The guy tells them he can't install it, I don't have the right cord. I called, had them reschedule a time to come out, informing them that I didn't get off work until 5 and wouldn't be there until later. They came out, around 4 pm, I wasn't there. When I called again, they told me they could never have confirmed the time they would be there as it's a window. Anyway, I finally get it installed, I definitely had the right cord, they charge me $40 instead of $30 and then within a few months it jumps to $46. At this point, I need internet, I didn't have a choice of who. It's fast enough, but I won't be going through them again unless I have to.

Description of Work: Was sent a bad wireless box initially. Had to reboot it several times a day. Was sent a new one after several calls and usually long wait times on the phone. The operators were either indifferent, slightly off, or really nice, no consistency. ATT was much less expensive, $30 a month, but I had been told Comcast were the only providers in the area and signed up before finding this out.

Description of Work: Internet and TV Many service calls to fix a reception problem. They always said the problem was caused by a component they no longer use but the tech never had the right one on their truck. Each time it was the same result they did not come back. after a year I gave up and took my business else where.

 + 1 moreTheir service is great! I like it because it has a high speed. I had experienced other internet service provider and it would not get my speed, so I switched to Comcast because its faster. And I spent a bundle of it because I got a land line and a cable with it.
