Great service. Reached out and they came the same day for a quote. Once agreement was done, they came 2 days later to install. My babies now have clean water to bathe in and their eczema has cleared up almost completely.

Very friendly Employees, very Efficient

My experience with Clean Water Valley was exceptional from start to finish. Andrew, the sales rep was incredibly professional/informative from the get go. I met him at the Home & Garden show where I initially scheduled. We scheduled for the following Friday & even though I called him to postpone our already late appt.. he made me feel comfortable & showed up almost at 6 just to accommodate my schedule. I appreciated that he was also always available to answer any questions I had throughout the week. He performed a test on our water that evening & we were able to visually see how unclean/unhealthy our water was. (The left is our dirty water full of chlorine - right tube is what our water looks like now in picture attached) We moved forward with the scheduling/installation process & couple days after that our entire house was filtered and alkaline water was only at a hands reach. When he came back to retest - our water was exceptionally clean. The service/installation team - Sergio & Cheche - were quick, knowledgeable, & ensured I understood the system inside out. I was working from home that day & constantly on the phone but Cheche was considerate enough to notice and hold off on the drilling / be as quiet as he could. The times I got off the phone I noticed he'd go ham on the noisy drill lol.. Little things like this definitely stand out to me & are a huge sign of respect. Huge thank you to them! Made installation seamless. In essence, I'd recommend this company to anyone in search of a complete water filtration system for their home. Customer service is everything in any industry - & Andrew/Sergio/Cheche are a testament of this company's excellent service.

This was hands down a Excellent experience for me and my family. Caleb was on point and answered the million and one questions I asked him. Installation was quick, painless, and professional. My sons eczema flare ups decreased drastically since the install also. Thanks for setting it all up guys. I appreciate it!
