Clark Pest Control

Showed up on time. Inexpensive, but not very thorough. We''ve purchased the property and are suffering from insect bites. They gave no indication of roach, flea, bed bug infestation. We have all three. Evidently, none of these are on their checklist. They should just call themselves Termite inspectors...I hope the wood deterioration that I've observed comes from water...not termite damage or they'd be completely useless. When I moved in, I called three times...twice during working hours. Each time the operator picked up, but the Clark Pest workers were never available, and they didn't return my calls. I bombed the house myself...two days after move in. They suck! Stay away from Clark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is very little I can recommend about this company except that the initial cost of $75 for the inspection was comparable to other local companies. Other that that, it was an awful experience. The inspector arrived and spent over an hour doing his inspection. As a matter of fact, he was under the house so long I became worried and went to find him just as he was crawling out of the craw space. He told me he found no signs of any termites. Before he left he mentioned that the garage had a lot of standing cabinets, and he was not able to inspect behind them. I thought to myself, and quot;Ok, well I guess he saw enough from outside and from the areas he could see inside the garage.and quot; The garage also has drywall nailed from base up to however high a sheet of drywall is vertically so I supposed he could not see much anyway. About a week and a half go by and I receive his written report. It states that the report cannot be completed because he could not fully inspect the garage and that I would have to make it accessible and reschedule a time for the re-inspection at a cost of $45! WHAT? I went ballistic!! This inspector was at my home for over an hour, had seen my garage when he came and said nothing about needing more access. Also, when I called for the inspection Clark Pest did not give me any instructions about having to have standing cabinets pulled away from the walls. I was furious to say the least. After all, they do not require any furniture to be moved inside the house, so why the garage? To make matters worse, my daughter had been packing for me and now had my garage 1/2 full of stacked boxes which would also have to be moved. I complained to the inspector who had no answers; therefore, I went to the next level and spoke to a supervisor who said he would re-inspect the garage for no fee. Good thing because, as a matter of principle, I would have gone with another company before I'd pay Clark the fee. Still, I'm 65 and not physically capable of moving the large cabinets and had to get someone to move them and the stacks of boxes for the re-inspection. I wish this was the end of my review, but it is not. I finally get the full report, make the repairs that are needed to several areas of dry rot, have retrieved from under the house the small handful of minor debris, replace a door, and then the first inspector comes back to re-inspect the repairs and this costs $45 which was NOT quoted to me when I scheduled with Clark Pest to start with. Still not done with review. The inspector only cleared the repairs done on Section 1 of the report not Section 2 which had two items to be addressed. The lenders (Veteran's Loan) sent the report back and said Section 2 had to be cleared also. Now we are in to the 4th inspection to have Section 2 cleared! To sum up, I do not recommend Clark Pest for a house termite inspection if you are selling your home. They quote you $75 for the inspection but do not tell you up front that if you have to have anything re-inspected it will cost $45 more nor do they give you any instructions about what kind or kinds of access the inspector will need to have, as in my case, the garage. And, in dealing with a Veterans Loan, they were not aware that they needed to re-inspect Section 2 required repairs. As a company providing a service, all of the items stated in my summary should be made apparent to a client before an inspection and the company should always re-inspect for all required repairs on both Section 1 and Section 2 parts of their reports. Now I am done with my review.

We've used them for a couple of years and are very pleased. They've been consistent with their service and very responsive when we need additional service (at no cost). They're very in tune to their customers needs.

I have Clark Pest for about two years now and have nothing but excellent service. My son in Fresno was having problems with cockroaches so I called Clark Pest. My technicians name is Chris and he is the best. He said he would go out and do and inspection and follow up with me. He did just that promptly and professionally. My sons house is now roach free and they could not be happier. Clark Pest Control is by far the best I have encountered in a long while.

Clarke was very prompt and helped me emotionally deal with the rat trauma! They were very responsive and completed the job. Very nice guys!

I used Clark Pest Control at two of my homes over the past 5 years. The Pest Control tech, Jose, was always personable, knowledgeable and professional. They were always very thorough and would schedule someone if we had a pest issue that wasn't handled by their quarterly service. We recently relocated to Texas and I wish I could bring Clark Pest Control to service our home here. When you find something good, you stick to it.

I called Clark to get a quoit and got one. I told the lady I would call her back after talking to my husband. And I did within five minutes.the person who answered said she would have the person I talked to earlier call me back. I never got a call back. This was on Saturday.So I called Terminix. They called right back and Jim did the work Monday morning. He was very nice. They are going to do two of my rentals down the street tomorrow. To bad Clark never called back.

We had a small ant / spider problem when we moved into our home in May and after one visit from Clark we have not seen a single one. They also told us that if we did start to see an increase in pests in our home again that they would come out again to do another application at no charge. That is what I call A+ service!

We haven't had any problems with them at all. The experience has been good. They are good. The pricing is good. They are right on time every time.

The technician is very friendly and if I am at the house when he is providing service, they he will ask questions about my specifically needs. Also, if there are any problems, then they will come out, their services are efficient, and very helpful.

They spray around the outside of the house to control pests. I would give them a B+ overall.

CLARK PEST CONTROL I have been using Clark Pest Control, for 15 or 20 years. They treat inside if I ask and the outside if I ask and if I need them to come back it is all at no extra charge.

The Clark's representative was friendly and professional. He educated me on termites without being condescending and did not push to come out and look, and consequently charge me for an unneeded service. He was knowledgeable and really helped to put my mind at ease. When we do need an exterminator, I will be giving Clark's a call!

If you have a problem they are very responsive; if something else comes up they will come out and make extra trips at no charge. I will use them again in the future.

Clay was here on time, very professional. He was polite and explained everything he was doing. We signed a contract.

We have been really happy with Clark. They call a day before they come to let us know we are coming so we can make sure the pet door is closed so that the dog does not get outside even when we are not home.

We've been using them for a while now. We had termites when we first called them in and they got rid of that immediately. They are very good. They came here on time and they finished quickly. We were very satisfied. They are not the cheapest, but are pretty much in the middle and it's worth the money. The quality of service is good and they are very responsive.

These folks are the best in getting issues resolved. Most helpful.

Their charges are on a monthly basis. My property was having mice problems. They came in and set up the traps and they educated me and my tenant on the points of entry and how to go about preventing access to the mice to the areas they like to congregate like not having food around. They gave us some suggestions with regards to some repairs to make sure that the doors are well sealed so there is no room for them to get in as well as the garage doors. I just received an email from my tenant that they haven't had any problems since then, so I think the job went well. They basically charge about the same as most other providers. I would use them again in the future. I have actually contracted with them.

It went fine. I started using them because one of their salesmen called me.

We've got a largely pest free yard and home. They seem to do a good job, and from the occasions I've looked out the window as they're working, look as though they spray quite thoroughly. We've never had any problems with their service, and they've always been pleasant to deal with.

Clarks does a really good job. I have this done one time, every three months and I am really pleased. The person who comes out is actually a woman. I have been using them for a long time. I pay them each time they come out.

We really like the job that this company does. They are very punctual, professional and always show up on the times they say they are going to. One of the things I can say which really shows the quality of their service is the simple fact that we have very few bugs around our house.

THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK AND WE EVEN USED THEM A SECOND TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, WHICH IS WHAT WE LIKED MOST ABOUT THEM.
