+ -1 moreThe pool guy, he’s awesome. He’s actually a really good guy and I feel bad that he works for such a crappy company. I have had NOTHING BUT issues trying to get in contact with someone regarding my invoices. Every single month, I would have to reach out to them to try and get my Bill. There were 3 months where I got absolutely nothing. Their employer has even put it in the notes, on more than one occasion, to contact me. I never heard anything until I filled a claim with the BBB. Now, they have a website and now there’s a list, of ALL the invoices I never received. WITH LATE CHARGES! Last week, I went online, I made the payment. This morning? I woke up and they had charged me an additional $115. I never authorized that payment. So now, not only do I have issues, now, we have a legal issue. I’ve already called, again and have left another message. Let’s see how long it takes for them to respond since I’m now leaving this as my honest review.

+ -1 moreWhile this provider was unavailable, he referred us to Another Pool Service Inc and we loved that service provider. They are friends and Another Pool covers when he can't fit a client in. We would recommend both companies in the future.

He advised that his schedule was full for the day and was kind enough to refer me to Manuel with "Another Pool Service" who he uses as a back up. Manuel was amazing. He came out within the hour and his pricing was very competitive. While we did not use CVP&T, I was very impressed with his go to referral and appreciated John was not out to make his own buck but truly cared to help us get our pool up and running.

+ -1 moreDon't get telephone estimates only. This service can only be priced accurately by personally visiting the job site. Also, make sure the contractor has insurance.
Description of Work: This company cleaned our pool tile. They did a great job although I thought at the time they were a bit pricey. The extra fee was the result of me not having the tile cleaned for two years. Consequently, the service provider had to spend more time to clean it. The tile looks like new and now we'll have this company clean the tile every year which will reduce the price. We would definitly recommend them and we do plan to use them again.

Description of Work: This company cleaned the tile on my pool and did an excellent job. The calicium bulid up on the tile was quite thick and they removed it without scratching the tile. Also, they got the water back in balance and now service my pool weekly. Added bonus; they are friendly and kind to my dog!
