 + -1 moreI submitted two emails via their website for a bid on Monday with no response so today I called in and the gentleman on the phone made a 3:30p.m. appointment with me. After taking time off of work and driving home to meet him, it is now 4:47p.m. and my two phone calls to their office went to voicemail. After two messages I have still not heard from them. Flaking on appointments without notifying the customer is not good business. If this issue is remedied I will update this review as sometimes things happen and a business will step up and remedy the situation. If no update, it means they did nothing.
Description of Work: Need a wrought iron fence installed.
