Description of Work: Checked my sprinkler system. Replaced some sprinkler heads. Made a follow up appointment but did not show. Called owner the next day who called me back. He apologized and said the gentleman lost my name, number and address from the week before. Gave me a 60% discount on the work to be done.

Description of Work: Did not fix the problem on first time out. Created a new problem. Had to call them back out for a second visit to fix both broken areas. They filled in a hole and then told us the drainage pipe still broken (not the reason we called them out). We are unsure if water gathering is because of drainage or because the original service call was not fixed. In their repair of initial problem. They capped off sprinkler line so now one area is now not receiving water that previously worked. Honestly, we are unsure if they fixed problem or just created new ones. Would not recommend to others. But the staff was very nice. Our repairs seemed too challenging for them to repair properly.

Description of Work: We contacted Bulldog Sprinklers by phone and by email through Angie's list. Patrick was very prompt with his response and we set up a time that was mutually agreeable for him to come over and evaluate our excess water run off from the sprinklers. I did not realize that he would be correcting the problem then and there as opposed to just evaluating the run-off problem.

Description of Work: Responded to phone call immediately, and come to my home on the same day to repair, replace, redirect broken sprinklers, timer, and one valve.

Description of Work: we had no hot water. saw a previous positive review on angie's list. called, patrick answered immediately, was pleasant and professional. arrived at agreed time, found two minor problems quickly and fixed them (a small leak and a clogged line; didn't need a new thermocouple). he reassured me that water heater, although 25-30 years old, was perfectly ok and didn't need to be replaced. ("they don't make these like they used to.") charged what he had quoted for a service call.
