The experience was a complete failure.
Description of Work: The guy was supposed to show up on Dec. 13, 2008. He called and said he had another job, but would not be that late. 4 1/2 hours later he called and said he would come on Tues., Dec. 23. At 8:30 he called at 8:45 and said it would be another hour before he got here. My husband told him forget it. The guy was very undependable and does not know what "on time" is.

MY TREES GROW REALLY CLOSE TO POWER LINES, AND THE CITY MAKES ME KEEP THEM TRIMMED AND PRUNED AWAY FROM THE POWER LINES. IT REALLY DOESN'T BOTHER ME THAT MUCH.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO COME AND TRIM MY TREES.

THEY CUT DOWN THE TREE LITTLE BY LITTLE. THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THE WOOD CHIPS AND THEY GAVE ME FREE WOOD CHIPS FOR MY GARDEN. THEY USUALLY CHARGE FOR WOOD CHIPS, BUT SINCE THE TREE WAS SO HUGE THEY DIDN'T CARE.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED A HUGE TREE FROM MY FRONT YARD.
