BLUE ROCK CONCRETE

I called Blue Rock Concrete after 4pm on a Monday. They answered immediately and an estimator was at my house giving me a quote an hour later. The price was very reasonable especially considering how everything seems to be more expensive these days. We agreed on a price, and we had the date set the next day. A team of professional highly skilled guys came to my house on time and on schedule. They had to grade the patio area, and they framed it out, and they even took away some extra tree clippings from my backyard. Day 2 they came out about 40 minutes before the concrete arrived and had everything finished a few hours later. They put a sweat finish that is impeccable, truly artists. The whole process took less than a week. These guys don't mess around. The only downside is that they are such professionals I am worried that their schedule is going to fill up before I need them to come back and fix my driveway. I will be calling them again and recommending them to anyone who needs concrete work.

Horacio and his crews were always on time, courteous and did a great job of cleaning up after the job was complete. The workmanship was excellent! I read the other reviews and this must not be the same company. They get an A+ from us.

Stay away from this company. I had stamped concrete poured about 1 1/2 years ago and have made numerous requests from Ignaccio to assist in correcting a problem of limescale. He tried 2 times to treat the problem, but it is worse than ever. My most recent requests for assistance led to a meeting that never took place, he never showed up for or called to cancel. He is ignoring me and the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! See attached photos of white limescale that is appearing on the stamped concrete. It is ugly and embarrassing when friends see this terrible work done by Ignaccio of Blue Rock Concrete.

I was looking to have my kitchen, service porch, bathroom, informal dining room and possibly my living room done with stained concrete. On the phone the gentleman was helpful but very vague. We agreed on a meeting time the following week. On the day of the appointment no one showed up to my house. At the 30 minute late mark I called the company and no one answered the phone. I left a message with all of my contact info but never heard from them again.
