Description of Work: Came out to gives estimate on what we wanted done, never called back to provide estimate. Very poor customer service.

 + -1 moreThe gentleman came in a timely fashion. He was neat in both appearance and in his work. He explained the problem to me and advised me what he did to repair it. He was done in about 30 minutes.
Description of Work: He repaired a light switch box in 85 year-old house. This was a push button switch, that appeared to short. He removed the box from the wall, rewired the box and set it back into the wall. It was a tight fit. A pretty straightforward task, but still, too complicated for me.

 + -1 moreWork was completed in about 5 minutes. They do charge by the hour,($60) which we were told when we made the initial call so it was no big shock. The young man that did the repair was very nice and respectful. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Had a hot wire in the plug in area of the kitchen.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE IN AND OUT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE JOB. THE PRICE WAS GOOD FOR WHAT I HAD DONE. THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND MOUNTED THE ELECTRICAL SOCKET IN THE WALL.
