+ -1 moreI called and gave my oven model number. I already knew that the company no longer made the hinge and told this to them ahead. I was hoping that they could fix the hinge. I agreed to the fee for them to come to the house. The owner and a trainee came, several hours and several phone calls later than scheduled. They didn't even look at the hinge. They just looked at the oven and told me to buy a new one, which they would install. Out the door in five minutes, despite my protests. Billed for visit and service. Several calls to business for partial refund with promises to "look into it". No response. I even had a "preferred customer" card.
Description of Work: Broken oven door hinge: attempt to repair (unsuccessful).

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. I WOULD REFER HIM TO OTHERS. HE DID A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE WATER JETS ON MY DISHWASHER.

+ -1 moreTHE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THE COMPANY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL, AND FRIENDLY. I CALL THEM WHEN EVER I NEED HELP WITH A LARGE APPLIANCE AND HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES MORE THAN ONCE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME TO MY HOME AND FIXED A BAD KNOB ON MY DRYER.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAD MY ICE MAKER UP AND RUNNING IN WHAT SEEMED LIKE NO TIME. I WOULD CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR MY REFRIGERATOR. THE PRICE WAS AFFORDABLE, AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT.
