The swamp cooler is cheaper than an air conditioning unit. They were good. I called them a day before, and they were able to come out the very next day. They had the best rates among the other three companies I had contacted.

We started using them when we first bought the house. They have been very reliable, but there estimates are going to be higher. They are also very good at returning phone calls and also always on time. They are a large company and they charge more for their services. Because we had the heater put in by them we will continue to call them in the future to service the heater.

They have always done a good job. They get in and get the job done the first time. They are professional. I don't have to worry about them having to come out and fix something that they've done wrong.

The plumber was only at my house 45 min and I was charged $200.00. My regular plumber, who was out of town, only charges me $65 an hr. I feel I was over charged for such a simple fix.

Both young men were on time and very courteous, knowledgeable and informative. Plumber had to do extra plumbing around to find faucet I wanted. No complaining!!

I called for the installation this a.m. and they sent someone out in a very short time. He was very competent and did a great job on the installation. My negative would be the cost of $325.00, but it needed more parts replaced that did not come with the faucet and I felt it necessary to go on the advice of the plumber, to replace them. I did get a 10% coupon and my family and friends have assured me that plumbing repair can be expensive. The overall best thing is that I called and got it done right away rather than setting up a date in the future, so that was very important to me. I would call this company again based on that.

They have been prompt and fair. The charges have seemed reasonable for what we have needed to have done.

They are very good. We spent $165 but we also signed up for a 2-year free maintenance inspection. They will come over every six months to service our air conditioner and then they come back and service our heater. They will be coming out next month to service the heater again. They did a real nice efficient job. The price was reasonable. They were very helpful. They gave us some suggestions. We feel comfortable with them. We don’t feel we are being ripped off. My husband and I are very happy. When we called, they said they would be here in a couple of hours and they were here like in thirty minutes. They also do electrical, plumbing and things like that. Two years back we had a tree root grow through the drain line that goes out to the street and the tree root went through and cracked it and it was causing problem and they came out and helped us with it' that is how we found them. We liked them and have stayed with them since then. The quality of their work is good. I have never had to have them come back. Their responsiveness is very good. I have no reason to go to anybody else but them because they are very good. We will definitely continue to use them in the future; in fact, they will be coming in another month to put in a new water heater for us.

Two servicemen were dispatched. Service was very smooth and well done. One completed the dishwasher valve changes first and may have helped outside as a gofer. It took about 15 minutes to prepare the bill. I believe that they were on the phone on other matters during that time. I needed to leave, so this was frustrating. I questioned the amount of the bill and stated the time that I had noted was 1 1/4 hours. He timed it 1 1/2 hours. Next time I will record arrival times and finish times in the presence of the workman. I will question the manner in which the bill would be prepared. (I do not know if I was charged for two persons). I did not ask for two and the work did not need two. I felt scammed.

They were very good and reasonably priced. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

When called they sent someone right out. They gave an estimate. We wanted a faucet changed and a dripping shower repaired too, but the total amount was too much. So we just had the drain done. The plumber spent about one and a half hours and did the job. Gave us a senior citizen discount. Whether or not I would use this company again would depend on the price.

They have always done excellent work. They have done many repairs on our house. Their pricing is fair and they have always treated us right. We highly recommend them.

I was disappointed that the heater is a different color than anticipated and stands out as "different" in my laundry room. He brought the water heater and installed it without offering options regarding a different color. It was not the standard white I had expected. I would be much more specific and insistent if I could go back and do it over again. I found the representative to be very pushy, attempting to make additional sales. He told me my outside water faucets had leaks, they did not. He pushed to schedule a service on my HVAC system - it had recently been serviced. He told me I "should probably" check my walls and carpet for mold from the shower. None of these services were needed. For this reason, I would not use them again. A pushy salesman is a deal breaker for me.

They came within 1 hour of the time I first called, and this was not even an emergency. Checked over the old installation and gave us an estimate. Within 3 hours of the call, we had a new water heater. The one problem I had was that I wanted an estimate on a different model, but the installer avoided that because he already had a different one on his truck. I should have been more insistent. However, we are so far satisfied with the new one. They did not know anything about an Angie's List discount, even though the Angie's List entry says they give one.

THEY DID VERY WELL WITH MY PLUMBING WORK AND ALSO MANAGED TO KEEP THE AREA WHERE THEY STARTING DIGGING CLEAN. WE HAVENT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH OUR PLUMBING OR SEWER LINE SINCE.

I THINK THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY DID THEIR WORK QUICKLY AND WITH GREAT QUALITY.

WE LIKED THEM. WE DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO SHOW UP BECAUSE THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

THEY DID A NICE JOB OF REPAIRING THE PIPES IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY EVEN TOOK CARE OF CLEANING UP THE MESS THEY HAD TO MAKE IN THE YARD FROM THE STREET TO THE HOUSE.

THE PIPE THAT BROKE WASN'T A MAIN ONE BUT I TOOK AWAY FROM MY WATER PRESSURE THROUGHOUT MY HOUSE. THEY CAME IN AND FIXED IT WITHIN TWO HOURS OF WHEN I CALLED.
