Description of Work: A pipe burst in our foundation. We got a few quotes. All said that it was smarter to re-pipe the house, which is more costly, but won't have to break foundation again and again to fix another break which would be almost inevitable. Since we were putting all new pipes in, we decided to go with a new tankless water heater and recirculating line. They work hard and want to make the customer happy. When I had an issue with water pressure, they listened and fixed it. They might be more pricey (as the other plumbers love to point out) but they work hard, guarantee their work, had the water on every night before they left (even though they didn't have to) and cleaned up after themselves. While under the house they also found a drain pipe leak and fixed that too. I'd definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced and soldered in water main valve and fittings at the house. Estimate was given before, and the price was within normal limits for a full service plumber, although plumbing always does seem expensive. That is until you think of how long it might take to do it yourself. And how many trips to hardware store. And how many left over parts!
