+ -1 moreVery poor customer service. Always having an excuse as to why they were not able to service the pool. They want charge you extra for coming out to service your pool on non-schedule day for the work they should have done in the 1st place.You get what you pad for. I will not recommend them to anybody!
Description of Work: I pay for the chemical service of $51 a month.

+ -1 moreWe have had All Pure Pool Service for a few years now. Other than the fact that they take about 2 weeks to deposit our checks and they change the day they service our pool without telling us, we haven’t had any major problems until now. We have used them because they are cheep, but we got what we paid for. They recently lost the key to our gate and didn’t tell us for a few weeks (they claimed to, but I’m sure I would have gotten a note or message if they had). Our pool ended up turning green. Then when I told them I would leave the gate unlocked for them to fix the gate they told me I would have to wait until my regularly scheduled day for the pool to be serviced. They also never came to clean out the filter like they promised. When I called to ask why they told me I should have called them to let them know the pool wasn’t green anymore. It seemed like every time I called them they just gave me some BS and acted like it was not big deal that they messed up our pool. I feel that since they messed up they should have tried to fix the problem. They temp has been in the high 90’s or 100 this whole time. It sure would have been nice to take the kids swimming, but I really don’t think they care at all. By the way our pool is still cloudy.

+ -1 moreTHE POOL MAN IS VERY SWEET AND KIND. HE ALWAYS HAS A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND DOES A AMAZING JOB WHILE CLEANING. IF ANY OTHER WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE HE CONTACTS US FIRST BEFORE THE WORK IS COMPLETED.
Description of Work: I HAVE MY POOL CLEANED MONTHLY. I HAVE THE PH CHECKED AND THE CHLORINE LEVELS CHECKED.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE PRETTY PROFESSIONAL TEAM. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO. I LET EVERYONE KNOW WHO HAS A POOL ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY DO A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: THEY COME OUT ONCE A WEEK DURING THE SUMMER AND EVERY OTHER WEEK IN THE WINTER TO MAKE SURE THE CHEMICALS ARE RIGHT.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO A VERY OUTSTANDING JOB. I HAVE TO SAY THEY ARE EXTREMELY RELIABLE, AND CAN BE COUNTED ON TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT YOU ASK OF THEM. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THE WORK THEY DO. MY POOL IS VERY CLEAN.
