We were so happy with the service provided. I never used Angies list before. I will definitely use them again. Direct air responded quickly in the morning and was able to come even earlier than expected. He told us exactly the problem. He had the part in his truck and we were done. We had a warm house again. We will definitely use him again. We even liked him much better than who we have normally.

Very well. Sean is reliable, prompt, courteous, and professional. He has been servicing/inspecting and maintaining my residential equipment for about four years now. He comes a the start of winter and summer to make sure my system is ready for the season. If I experience any unforeseen issues he promptly comes out to repair the problem as soon as it happens. All A/C is an independent business and I prefer to support small business owners when I can. All A/C is big enough too to get the job done and at a much better price.
