A Perez Landscaping

I would call him a blow and go landscaper. He is the typical landscaper that mows while I’m at work. He talked a big game when he was here; he said he would replace the sprinklers, that he trims the hedges for free, and that he keeps up on fertilizing and spraying. I didn’t mind spending more for the extra services, but he does the same thing that my last landscaper did. My daughter times him and he is here for about six minutes. I paid him for the month in advance but I just got a bill for the month. I am looking for someone new. He hasn’t done anything extra. The work he has done is fine but there are still things that need to be done liking taking care of the patch of dead sod in my yard. I could hire a high schooler to do what he does.

Alex took care of my yard at my last home. After trying the previous owners gardener for my current place I realized just how much I missed the attention Alex paid to my garden. He would let me know when things needed to be fixed or plants were getting too little or too much water. So now I have Alex back and we have corrected and repaired most of the problems and he also does the regular lawn and yard work.
