+ -1 moreKept appointment as scheduled. Tenant reports obtaining good advise from provider. Did not complete Condition Report on form. Price charged was unusually high. I suspect that they are charging landlords higher prices than owner occupants. Very cooperative on billing.
Description of Work: Swept chimney and provided advise for future use. Recommended installation of spark arrestor/cap for an installed price of $542.90. Service was at a rental house.
