I looked in the phone book, found his ad then went to Angie's List and saw his raves, called him, he came out, gave me an estimate, arrived early, did the work, and when he realilzed he couldnt get all the stains off, he only charged me 1/2 his original quote. Mark and his staff were willing to spend the time required to make my bathrooms look like new again. Mark uses a process that requires him to return a second day to complete the replacement caulking. His willingness to spend the time required to thoroughly clean glass, tile and grout was noteworthy. I was aware of the quality of work performed by "A Clean Slate" seeing the results in a friend's home. I was pleased to see the same quality results in my home. I found Mark and his staff to be friendly and professional. I found working with Mark and his staff enjoyable.

I was very pleased with the job Mark and his staff performed. He was very detailed in his explanation of exactly what they would be doing and any risks involved. By risks I mean possible damage to the MDF baseboard if they got too wet. He said it was usually not a problem but sometimes they could bubble. (ours were fine ). He also explained that sometimes the grout may be loosened and come out in certain areas. We did loose a bit of grout but I think that was because our tile is set very close together. When the grout was still wet I was concerned that perhaps it was not coming completely clean, but as he assured me, as soon as it dried it looked great. I would highly recommend this company. As a matter of fact, I did tell my friend about them and he went to her house within a day or so to give her an estimate for cleaning some very old, moldy tile in the bathroom. He showed me some bathroom "before and after" pictures and I was amazed. They looked like new bathrooms. He also does windows, patios and lots of other jobs. His two helpers were very nice also and friendly but very professional. Give him a call---I don't think you will be disappointed.

WORKMEN ARRIVED ON TIME , STUCK TOTHE ESTIMATE. DID A GREAT JOB ON SOME REALLY DIRTY WINDOWS. THEY WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH PEROMANCE.

We called A Clean Slate for an estimate. The next day Fred and Patty arrived to provide the estimate. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We asked them to come back to complete the work on the next Monday. They arrived at the scheduled time with Mark and cleaned our kitchen tile and grout and carpets. They were all professional and did a great job. Our carpets and kitchen floor look like new. It was a pleasure and stress-free experience having them do the cleaning.

"A Clean Slate" made our 24 1/2 year old home look new again. We believed the condition of the glass and tile in our home, used as a rental property for 4 1/2 years, was irreparable. When told by other cleaning companies the once clear glass shower enclosure could not be cleaned, we were hopeful, but skeptical when Mark told us he could restore the hard water stained glass to clear. It was also hard to believe the mildewed grout, hard water coated and soap-scumb covered tile of the shower and tub could be cleaned. Mark was a man of his word! We were so pleased by the results, we have referred friends and total strangers to the business. The proof was in the pictures, both on his website and our own. It is worth saying, the job was far from easy. Mark and his two assistants worked for hours and were as pleasant after completing the job as they were when they arrived. Thank you for making us feel like proud homeowners again!

Team of 3 arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). Their cleaning and cleanup afterwards was performed quickly and efficiently.

I think they did about an average job. After they cleaned some of the windows, the windows would not work properly. Our windows are under warranty so we called the company that makes them and they came and repaired the windows at no charge to us but they told us that the windows were opened incorrectly. That what caused them to break. My wife overheard one of the girls saying that she had difficulty opening one of those windows so we suspect that they opened them wrong. We contacted them but they denied any responsibility. I would not use them again.

Excellent Negotiate price at beginning and write down

The floors looked good when done. After they left though, a film formed on some of the tiles. I called them back up and the cleaner drove over that evening and used a solution that removed it and they looked great after that. I was impressed that he took care of the problem right away. I live near Dinuba and he had to drive back from Fresno

Do prepare for them by clearing the floor and counters so they can work. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently.
